You might have noticed I change my thumbnails occasionally. This is because in my experience as a RU-vid creator I found out that thumbnails seem very important (I think even more important than the video itself!). When a video is not performing I change my thumbnail within 2 days, and often the video takes off all of a sudden! I use the following website to test them:
