When we look back on our life what will we remember most, not all the jobs we did, or the money we made. It’s the time we spent with loved ones and the all those precious moments. Your children are very lucky to have you to show them what’s important. Life really is too short❣️
This brought me back to raising my kiddos which are now adults and I am so glad I chose slow living while raising those kids! Not a regret at all about choosing stillness and being fully present while being with my children. And oh what great souls they are now because of it. Thank you for this beautiful reminder! ❤

Sounds like a great idea but when your on minimum wage working 60 hour weeks just to pay your rent,bills and feed yourself and when you get home slow living is falling asleep because you have a physically demanding job,no offence but looks like you have a lovely house and nice clothes and a relaxed life with your fjallraven bag ,you want to get yourself down the council estate and see how tough some people have got it,not dissing your video and glad you feel so relaxed im sure it will help some middle class mums.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. I completely understand that slow living can seem out of reach when you're working hard just to make ends meet. The reality is that everyone's situation is different, and I know the challenges some people face are much harder than mine. The idea behind slow living isn’t about having a perfect life or a lot of free time, but rather finding small ways to take care of yourself and enjoy moments of peace, even in the midst of a busy and demanding life. Whether it’s a few minutes with a good book before bed, a quiet moment with a cup of tea, or enjoying you're favourite music whilst commuting. Little moments I hope everyone can find, regardless of circumstances. I really appreciate your feedback and I’ll definitely keep it in mind as I continue to share content that I hope can be accessible and helpful to as many people as possible.
