My buddy in Grand Rapids, MI owned a teal 63. It was a 4 speed with a factory Paxton supercharger. I got to drive it once and found it to be smooth, responsive and quick steering. This was around 1966. It is interesting that I was drafted into the US Army alongside a guy named Roger E Ward. He was killed in Vietnam in 1968.
I'm from Indianapolis. Back in the early sixties Roger Ward was driving his white caddy down our street and ran out of gas. Mrs. Book, the neighbor lady across the street drove him up to the corner of 59th and Michigan Road for a can of gas.
