Vera Ponomareva well it’s especially hard cause she had kids. I’m generally not the person to agree with ppl asking for handouts but I will admit that with kids, single mothers need a hand because those children are our future.
This one really hit me. She lives about 5 minutes from me and I dont really think about the people struggling in my area. Amazing how lives can be so different. Ellens show has saved lives im sure.
Stop hating on this women and her struggle! We should empower eachother! There are a lot of people that need help in the world! Her children look really happy though, because they have true love in their lives and that's all that matters. But it is important to have money so you can support the people in your lives that you love. I love Ellen because she does such wonderful things for people who are struggling.
Why judge her so hard just because she reached out for somebody else's help??? Just because there are people in more difficult economic situation doesn't mean she should keep it to herself. I mean, she isn't stealing or begging on the streets, she just took the chance, valid and open for pretty much anyone, at a millionaire's company and person who has the means and connections to give her what she asked....and it's good publicity too.

I too now see why comments are disabled on alot of the Ellen RU-vid videos. Some of these comments are unkind. So what it really comes down to is - Either you are a kind person, or you are an unkind person. Ellen is a kind person....period.
I'm crying because my mom is a single mother has seven kids in a three room apartment and someone robbed her car just after she bought and its a used car. now she can't work and we barely have food. True story
