Hi. Not every senior citizen has a smart phone because they may not be able to see well enough the tiny print or their fingers shake/tremble too much to touch the keys. Many seniors have desktop computers connected to the Internet and voice over Internet phones that operate and look like home phones/landline phones, etc. It would be wonderful if seniors who are mostly house-based can listen to podcasts and meditations to help them with anxiety of aging and genetic issues, side effects of hypertension medication, etc. Thanks for a wonderful podcast. Please have more seniors can listen to on RU-vid with their desktop computers.

Hi there! HeartMath did a few very specific studies surrounding the use of certain sounds and their effects on heart brain coherence. This was back in the 90's and the research has pivoted since then. If you would like to learn more please reach out to support@heartmath.com. We will be able to better answer your questions there. Thanks so much!

@@HeartMathInc What about games like chess? Has there been experiements and observations where top players have their HRV etc measured in real-time as theyre playing in tournament events? There may be a correlation between HRV and chess perfomrance/results. I've seen in some chess events they measure HR, but not HRV. Sometimes their HR goes really high. HRV would offer more insights... ANd maybe chess players would be more interested in developing/cultivating/practicing HRV and ways to improve their HRV>

There is no such thing as loneliness (in truth)! It is healthy for one (especially men) to be alone! It is imperative for men whom want to live a long healthy life to live alone!!! SELF LOVE, SELF RESPECT!!!
