Omg you have no idea how badly I need a catch up day got given two new uni modules and all of sudden I have so much university work! This is making me want a productive day tomorrow! Sending love from England at 10:30pm!
When i was 8 or something, i got a couple of my fav school teachers each a snow globe for Christmas. I forgot that they were in my backpack and threw my bag down 'a little bit' too hard and shattered the snow globes... Sooooo i had water (or whatever liquid they use), fake snow, glitter and soggy wrapping paper throughout my bag. Luckily, it was the last day of school and i kinda needed a bag for the next year anyway. 😂 💕
A while ago I was eating lunch but only brought a paper bag to school, because my lunch box zipper was broken, and I had packed a little container with honey in it for my yogurt, and I didn't use that much of the honey so I put the container back into my backpack instead of in the paper bag and by 7th period I noticed the bottom of my backpack was sticky! At the end of class I looked in my bag and saw that the honey container wasn't sealed and it spilled over literally EVERYTHING! I had to get a new backpack because of how sticky it was. My note books were like stuck together, it took forever to get the honey off of it.
You can put your backpack in the washing machine, and the ranch will come out and your backpack will be cleaned. I’ve done this before, because stuff always spills
I crushed a bag of grape in my backpack. Worst of all, I didn't realize it so I left it there for a week. Now the backpack smells literally like red wine.
Once at a soccer tournament, one of my teammates accidentally put their water bottle in my bag since our team had matching ones. We didn't notice it was there, or that it had spilled, until we had to do a quick change, and all of my other uniforms were soaked for the rest of the day. That, and a smoothie once during a hike. My friends' drinks have not been kind to me lol
I casually spill water in my backpack every year or so. And you shouldn't be surprised to see my notes full of coffee at least twice a year. Why am I like this?
When I was travelling in Italy I broke my Ralph Loren perfume inside my cross body bag. It was the ONLY bag I had got the whole trip and everything inside it absolutely REEKED of the perfume (the whole bottle emptied!) for the rest of the trip, including makeup brushes etc! You’d think it would smell good but it didn’t haha so strong
i like the outfit that you wore for the presentation. the turtleneck make it looks really good, maybe next time you could wear more turtleneck and style it with jacket or coat cause it does looks good on you :)
I got the tiniest splash of coffee on my laptop, and it totally broke the up of the arrow key...But I can live with that! Also dropped one of my headphones (again) in a coffee cup, but after two months of drying it started working :D
Oh gosh I spilled like everything in my backpack. From just many waterbottles, to my lunch, to smoothies, to yoghurts.. Sometimes I have the feeling that I'm really cursed with backpackspilling. Broke with this my laptop, bought kilos and kilos of rice but ya knowww. Still haven't learned my lesson though
Okay you literally look like dolores from west world! the actress Evan Rachel Wood. Anyways, this was super productive!! im trying to get my life like yours!
I once spilt oatmeal in my backpack. I ruined a notebook, some papers, and it got into the charging port of my iPad. I managed to get it all out but the iPad still wasn't charging properly so thank god for the warranty 😅
So in second year right before exam season (aka final paper season) I didn’t put the lid on my tea flask on correctly and chucked it in my bag, when I got to class I realized that it had spilt all over my back pack... casualties included my Mac book pro!! Left it in rice for days but the screen was ruined so I had to express order a new Mac! It was so painful and stressful... lesson learned though! Put your laptops in a waterproof sleeve guys! And maybe just carry your tea cups 😂🤦🏻♀️
Also on the topic of me being a disaster... I was moving out of my apartment in 4th year and I was I had a cold so I had left out a jar of honey to add to my tea. I was in a rush when we were leaving so I put the honey in my backpack but once again DID NOT PUT THE DAMN LID ON... so the honey spilt all over my backpack and destroyed my portable speaker and the back pack itself .... I know I’m an idiot!!
in college my freshman year I left a banana in my backpack and it got smushed and got all over those big expensive calculators and made it stop working lol
Not me but someone in my line at my job was fighting with there kid and the kid sprayed baby powder over the whole entire checkout lane and started throwing everything on the ground I’m taking kombucha ginger vinegar pasta sauce pickles diapers ketchup everything we had to shut down two checkout lines for the whole day
Broke a glass table .... and my dog barfed in the car straight into my back pack..... her dog food wasn’t chewed so I had chunks inside my backpack and gross lyqids all over my hw and note books
I once left a banana in my bag over the summer holidays so after nearly 3 months when I pulled my bag out of the cupboard and it smelled weird I looked in the bottom and it was completely black and basically disintegrated in my hands. The grossest
I've been watching Kiara's videos for like three years now, and I also watch other university videos...I've never known what the clicker is used for. I'm from Spain and we don't have anything similar...it seems like it's for changing the temperature of the air conditioning, but in my head that does not make any sense, bc everyone would change the temperature and it would be a little bit chaotic..So, anyone that can explain me what the clicker is for? Thank you very much!!
You use it to answer questions in lectures. The lecturer will tell you which channel to connect to (they give you a number) and they'll put up questions with multiple choice answers. You choose one and then the results are displayed on the presentation screen and you can know whether you were correct or not. The clickers are registered to you, so your answers can be recorded and the lecturer can see whether you were correct or not.
