Add to the chaos. There's already several hundred peccatulae and weird people getting blown up by Vergilius, might as well add a giant rampaging whale to the mix
@@augy9930that was a product of copium abuse brought on by Vergilius deciding he wasn't gonna do shit for half the game, which Canto 6 decided to directly address.
@@augy9930 I don't think anyone thought Vergillius was weak, it's just that, he has the title of Red; ofcourse, people compare him with the literally Strongest Fixer in history. If we get another fixer with the color "Black" he/she will be compared to Roland. You can say he got destroyed by Iori too, but we're talking about the women that trained the Red Mist for Ayin sake.
people are comparing him to black silence but like, we dont even know his current limit of power. We only have a interaction between them long ago where he was justiably scared of black silence (whom was on a killing spree at the time). and people are out here comparing black silences limit to his average interaction. If anything, his current ego build is more suitted for long fights than black silences build
Funny how one streamer I watched missed the last ego skill with 5 coins. Cause the enemies that spawned were just a bunch of rabbit henchmen that died on the first coin.
I like how Vergilius still gets rings on his weapon when using sin-based fighting. It's a neat detail that I appreciate seeing every time, both with him & the Indigo Elder
@@franciscoramadhan9156 there might be, i dont recall anything specific but i do know those rings showed up in the art of Leviathan aswell, and maybe in ruina too ? never noticed it there if they did, maybe on card arts only
@@franciscoramadhan9156 Tldr if you undergo enough training and trauma you can make the rings, they're basically another power system that can be used (youll notice that indigo elder, the 3 guys who were hunting you down in the tutorial, and even damian when he pops kromer uses them)
Based on his passives and the panic type passive, I think he could eventually be a boss. He seems to have full on mechanics; which I doubt they’d do if he was just going to be showing off. I can’t tell if I should be excited or if that’ll be the next Ricardo level boss. Maybe both.
Imagine, Limbus have him “train” the sinners and that how you get the infinite battle mode: you fight him while he hold less and less back, and the more turn you last, the bigger the rewards
That might be pm showing off creating a full on boss with passives when it doesn't even matter because dude's rolling 200's per skill lol. But yeah maybe they'll eventually use him properly. Maybe a major obstacle that the sinners can't overcome and you get to use his skills and play with his kit with a foe matching his power
He’s not Ricardo level, he’s massively beyond that. Ricardo isn’t exactly the top of the Middle’s hierarchy, whilst Vergilius is a Color Fixer, a mercenary of such incredible skill and power that it eclipses Grade 1 Fixers the same way they eclipse grade 9s.
@@jKherty No im not blaming you, its just that it seems like you missed a joke and probably want to correct him, like it seems you were to correct him from the obvious truth
The Sinners with their IDs powers and Verg's EGO makes you wonder how strong Roland actually is in LoR. I'm not trying to compare the two, but Roland did beat two Colors (Iori probably held back a little, and then the Blue one even got Distorted). And then, he still managed to held back his ground, with the help of others, against the City's finest. I know that when Verg fought Iori in the novel and lost, he hasn't manifested his EGO yet or made full use of Shin unlike in this Canto IV. But, all of this makes you really wonder how strong Roland could be if he could use the Shin rings and manifested his own EGO.
@@awanderingperson708 The light rings, or "Shin" rings that was visible on Verg's Gladius or his legs whenever he attacks. It was mentioned in the novel that these rings gives your attacks more power, borrowed the power of light which some people has been utilizing after the event of White Nights and Dark Days if i'm not wrong.
Do not forget that he also defeated the iron lotus, which after receiving it was equal in strength to these two colors. In fact, during the Bible study, he killed three higher personalities by force: Yori, Argalia, Xiao. He also defeated quite strong personalities from the face: Eugene, Oliver.
@@coffeeisjustsoup However, Roland killed them all. If you take his strength, you can find out that he: 1) Fought against the ensemble; 2) against the library in its form of distortion, which was equal in strength to Kali/Xiao/Yori, which could be seen when comparing these personalities; 3) after these two battles, he fought with the entire ensemble repeatedly, while the librarians killed everyone piece by piece.
I like how they automatically assumed we'd be using Sunshower because this is THE optimal Canto to use him in and like, the only situation where he's actually better than his peers lol
I still will never forget my seething ahabmael in the corner corroding evry other turn because the chad here stealing her kills xD ayin bless the constant shield he gives every turn. Amazing hindsight from PM for that one
@@dCircusb In Leviathan we watch Iori mop the floor with Verg, but. . . Verg couldn't go all out due to the fact the orphans were nearby. He also didn't have his EGO at that time.
I need to make a correction for this, I just recently realized that the 5 coin skill is the cutscene. If you count he uses 2 coins for the skill and then the cutscene is 3 coins
bro fucking trembled to black silence's aura when roland was still rampaging, i dont think he can bro plus, black silence's fucking moveset is like DMC's Dante he'd be fucking aircombing vergilious and make him look like he flying
@@user-ym1tf1uo1hin game files says he is level 90 ( take this with a grain of salt since I’ve only saw this said on Reddit). So if we keep increasing our level cap by 5 every canto then we’ll get to vergi’s level in 9 cantos (canto 15 (assuming we have infinite cantos to work with))
Not even close. Even with WAW EGOs at our disposal they can't be used for anything more than a single attack or running the risk of corrosion. People like to make jokes about Vergilius being weak but Colors are Colors for a reason, even among Grade 1's they're recognized by the Hana Assocation for a reason. And Vergilius only got his EGO somewhat recently (not sure how far apart LC is to Leviathan but shouldn't be more than a year).
I wonder why Limbus Company a chose to hire a color fixer to guide if they weren’t gonna let him use his ability as a color like just hire a normal guy it’d be cheaper
Vergillius is a last ditch effort in the scenario that Dante's head risks getting destroyed, it's why everyone was shitting themselves during the Ricardo fight trying to figure out how to contact vergillius since Ricardo was bored of constantly killing them and just decided to try end it by destroying Dante
Achstually, the chapter proved that Dante was real the fraud all along. Verg literally gave them an opening and they still managed to lose a golden bough to Nelly, who already got an ass beating earlier
Shin/Mang (korean for Mind/Heart) is a technique learned and exploited during the White Nights and Dark Days Event. It utilizes the power of "light" (seed of light ofc) to increase the power, speed and strength of one's attacks. The more light rings, the more potent the attack would be.
