Your cinematography is so gorgeous! And you can always feel your passion through the screen. YOU ARE SUCH A GIFT!!!!! Towards the end, your personal anecdote of sailing in your childhood was perfect...we just have to ride the storm. Every sailor knows, no storm lasts forever. I was JUST reminiscing about this with my mom, a sailor, last night. About the enormous storm we got stuck in last summer... there's no way out but through. Your parents sound like they are some pretty cool adventurers. My husband and myself took this distance learning opportunity(Covid) to travel from the US to Puerto Rico with our children for 3 months and experience our culture. Our only hope is that our children will sit around one day and reminisce about the wonderful memories they have about sitting around the dinner table electronics free speaking about the highs and lows of our day and sharing what we are grateful for at that moment. Its no wonder you grew up to be such a compassionate beautiful human. Thank you for reminding us that with every situation there is a silver lining as well as life lessons to learn. I just found your channel recently as I was searching for travel videos on youtube because I miss Italy so much especially now during these hard times... my heart breaks for its people. I lived in Italy for 6 years and now I go visit every 2-3 years, just last April I was on Amalfi coast with friends, and wanted to go again this year, but it's impossible now...I'm so in love with this country, its culture and especially its people, who are so warm and friendly, which is also one of the reasons why I want to live there again in the future...it's been a dream of mine for a while...Your videos are so beautiful and so authentic- they remind me of the exact same Italy I know, I love, and miss so much and bring so much light and smiling to my days now!! Your cake looks wonderful and I will try to make it myself this weekend. Your chats are always inspiring. As someone who practices gratitude in my daily life, I can say it's the best way to create happiness. I also had parents who did that with my sister and I. Also asking about what literal dreams we had the night before. I think it truly helped our minds to remember our dreams and most importantly, to think creatively, full of whimsy and magic of the possibilities in the world. Oh one day, I will make it to Italy. Until then, your videos are my glimpses into this dream that think of daily. Thank you for doing the newer videos with Italian, it REALLY helps! Excellent video as always. I live in Louisiana and have for many years. I have been through many Hurricanes and Floods so the survival mode is kinda built in. There's that line in John Green's "Turtles All the Way Down" that he quotes from someone else when he says "I have learned this from life it goes on", and that's the way I am feeling at the moment. We are both of the same generation and grew up in similar ways before video games and the world wide web it was Sunday afternoon games and picnics something I hop to institute with my own family (when there is one) one day. Definitely going to have to try the cake when I get back to the store to get some marscapone.

That was wonderful Kylie! After the cooking so much philosophy, experience and way of life information! I swear if you ever offer a retreat for like-minded people in a country house in the Tuscany you will be overwhelmed with bookings. A bunch of people at one place inspiring each other, exchanging life experience, deep conversations etc.!

I love your 'Conversations' videos but the solo table-side chat works very well, especially with Tuscan cuntryside as a backdrop. Thanks for this - great to see the Patrons listed in the credits. That is quite a community you have slowly building. Perhaps a Patron event in Italy one day - when this current situation has passed, as it will.
