So much of life now is about keeping moving forward and being kind to myself as I learn to navigate life with Adrenal insufficiency. For example, I look at my face in this video and want to scream because I am swollen from steroids. But instead, I'm going to focus on my ability to live the life I want, thanks so my diagnosis.
