OUR FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE:
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pack of chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Whisk sugars, salt, and butter to lumpiness paste.
- Mix in egg and vanilla
- Sift in flour and baking soda, whisk together
- Fold chocolate chips
- Chill for at least 1 hour
- Scoop onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake 12-15 minutes
