There was no accidents in this case. They could have easily walked back, and would have before dark, but they were obviously abducted. After the abduction during the day, the pictures were taken by one or more of the abductors. The bodies were dismembered and destroyed to silence the girls' eyewitness testimony of who abducted and raped them. There was no reason to kill them except to cover up their crime, and that's what they did. They left items around perhaps to make it look like an accident or something else. The taxi driver who dropped off the girls was apparently murdered later on. He evidently knew too much having known or seen the men who were in the taxi at that time, and who could have followed the girls. The tour guide had a hand in some of this because he just happened to know where body parts were. He was going to be their tour guide, but the girls canceled. He could have alerted gang members of the girls' plans of the hike. A woman on a previous hike with this guide said he was touching inappropriately and mentioned cutting off her legs for some reason or as a joke. He was in on the murders or knows who did it. The Netherlands should keep investigating and everyone familiar with this case. May God bring justice upon the monsters who did this sooner than later.

@@deangiusti1884 I think the killers made those emergency call attempts KNOWING that they would NOT get signal and connect. Franco is correct in my opinion. The killers tried to cover their tracks and make it look like the girls got lost in the forest and died
It is crucial to know if Sinaproc had search parties at night. The only reason these photos could be taken by the girls is to signal a search party with the flash. I don't know if they searched at night though, it sounds stupid but maybe they do it precisely because they might see light.
Thanks for this, it made me realize the obvious about the lack of moisture on the rock (although a subsequent video claims that it may be a vertical rock). I don't understand why the authorities didn't do all they could to try to locate this spot. I don't yet understand how the black background of this photo was later filled in and joined to other pictures.
Seen a post somewhere said look at the call log. If you calling for help it's guna be random times...these times are at or around same times everyday. Kinda like someone break, lunch , getting off work? Look at the call logs yall
From the fact that there are ferns and plants growing on the rock face I personally wouldn’t conclude it has to be by a river. It’s a cloud forest, humidity will always be high causing rocks to be overgrown by greenery. The round nature of the other rock however, I agree, tells us that at some point water is flowing there. Probably during the rainy season
This is 100% beneath the monkey bridge and taken from the riverbank. Another RU-vidr matched the enhanced photo with a picture of the same place using rock features that can be seen. How the hell they got to that place I can only guess. One must have suffered a leg injury that made walking back the way they came from impossible, so they found a spot they thought would see some foot traffic so they would be found. They opted to stay put and wait for help but it never came.
Thanks for staying on the case! Looks like some kind of overhang to me, maybe some kind of tight tree roof. I don't think its a real cave since there is this single drop of rain in the photo with the rock, but i'm just assuming.
The rock can stay dry if the trees overhead are thick enough and the rain is very light/thin. In chiriquí (Boquete specifically), these light showers with very thin droplets are very common (it's locally called a "Bajareque"). If the bajareque has been going on for a while, it can wet the surroundings, and the rock could stay dry if the tree foliage overhead is very thick.
As I see it, the photos that seem to be pointing upwards towards the dark trees show many rain spots but the more horizontal foreground photos like the branch/ orange plastic object and the SOS rock (the full frame version) show only a few spots. Could this reflect the relatively light intensity of the rain? Perhaps it wasn't quite heavy enough at that point to wet the foreground? Do you have any thoughts on what the orange plastic and branch object might be? Its very mysterious isn't it. The plastic looks very like a disposable orange shopping bag Kris is holding in a pre-hike photo. I assumed it was fragments of one of these bags, but looking closely at higher resolution photos there seems to be two whole undamaged bags wrapped in the branch head. But as this type of bag is around 15x12 inches in size, the branch, and boulder must be much bigger than it superficially seems. The visible branch must be 5-6 feet long and it could be longer as it extends off the right side of the frame. At first I thought the branch might be a 'help-signalling flag' to wave to any passers-by. But now think it could have been for collecting drinking water. The girls could have reached out with the branch to what seems to be a narrow river or stream beyond the boulder and refilled their water bottle from the semi-full plastic bags. It seems possible and they'd keep the branch there on the boulder for later use.
The rain had been falling for I think 10 to 15 mins. by the time the photo of the big flat rock was taken. There should have been at least some rain drops showing on the rock. unless it was protected by an overhang or something. As for the red bags. I don't think they are very big. The stick looks fairly small to me and the red bag look very small. And for the full size bag to be that small in the photo it would have to be very far away to be the right size. And the flash can only reach about 3 or 4 feet out. I don't think they are full size shopping bags. It appears more like a help-signalling flag. But that doesn't make much sense either. Because you would want a full size red bag on the end of a stick. What doesn't make any sense to me is why not try to make a SOS, signal with flash, signal with red bag on day 1,2,3,4,5,6,7?
I am not sure the rock is dry. The SOS-sign also looks dry, but it is in the outside. There would be no point in doing a SOS with a mirror in the middle that is not visible to anyone. Therefore I assume the rocks just appear to be dry on the photos, but are actually wet. But then again, Kris's hair looks dry as well. Furthermore, the SOS-sign was partially written using the map they took with them. We can see the map in another photo from some place they were having drinks at. The two scraps of paper on the rock with the red bags on it seem to be also parts of the map. Maybe they used the rock like a table on which they tore apart the map in order to make the SOS and the two scraps were just left there.
We have to think about this logically. If there is a bottom of a Pringles can being use like a mirror and a SOS set up. That brings up a bunch more questions. 1. Was it set up during the day? 2. It should have been set up for the next day too? 3. Was this set up on day 1,2,3,4,5,6,7? 4.Why don't we see any photos of this place during the day? 5. And why don't we see any photos of days 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 after they so called got lost. 6. Why didn't they try and signal with the flash on days 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. If that is what they were doing? I think the girls using the flash to see what is around them at night is hog wash. Because the SOS and mirror have had to been set up during the day. That means they already knew what is around them. Usually when you set up a SOS that is where you are going to stay. So what didn't we find their bodies there.
Have you ever seen a rock when it is wet? They are dark brown and shinny. Or at least we should have see some rain drops on the large rock. It had been at least 15 minutes sense the first photos was taken and you can see rain in the other photos before the big flat rock. Unless the rock is covered by an overhang or something.
I read comments about a SOS Sign, a mirror, two dogs, two people and I have not heard a word of that in this video... I guess you must refer to some other video unknown to me on YT. --- Even a google search gives nothing...

Could those red "bags" be air balloons, which have popped? It would make sense to fill colourfull balloons with air as a help sign? And then the picture taken in frustration telling "we tried".
OMG. Thank you for pointing that out. I just looked at my collage of photos I did in a earlier video and I was right. I just so happens you can only tell the direction of the rain drops from the photo that is attached to the Y stick and large rock. If you orient the whole collage so the rain is going vertically down. Two things happen. One, It shows my orientation of the Y stick and large flat rock is in the right orientation now which puts the the Y Stick and large flat rock on the top left of the photo. With to Y stick being now in the right orientation the shadow of the Y stick is now correct. Showing that the flash is on the left. Where is should be.
@@BackpackerCoach I also agree that, though the bags appear to be hanging upward, they may not be heavy enough to hang downward...or there's a breeze. It is strange that the stick is hanging down from above...but perhaps it is really long and is actually coming up from the floor and is bent over towards its top, against the rock.

I have a question. Is it possible to take close to 100 fotos in rainy conditions up to the sky and have no single drop of water on the lense? For me it's almost impossible to avoid this, even if I try...that's magic. Except this is dust in the air and not water...and on my fotos, dust particles have different colours...But maybe they was in a cave, maybe...or even this "drops" are photoshoped in for any reason...
@@BackpackerCoach ok. I will check this by myself and try to reproduce this. Forrest, Rain, Waterfall, different cameras, poncho, roof...at the moment our weather conditions are perfect. From my point of view, the results will only show, if the direction of the "rain"-drops play a role and if you need any kind of protection to reproduce the pictures. You know, some people think, this photos were taken at the Caldera Waterfalls...a place not on the pianista trail.
@@BlackSwan-gt5om Like other people have mentioned. There is no way in hell you would not get rain drops on your camera lens after taking 90 photos in the rain. unless you were protected by something. Sounds great, good luck.
I am like obsessed by this. Everything is so strange so either to signal or document something with that or leave some kind of message if its them but if they were Alive and wanted to leave a message im sure they would have recorded or taken a picture of themselves and their state. Otherwise someone confusing or trying to make up a scenario of it.
@1:51 That's not rain. It's likely dew, or possibly pollen, etc in the air. Shine any bright flashlight/torch into the sky at night, in the summer, and you will see millions of things in the air and flash photo will show these "ORBS". Also I've spent many night in the mountains in summer on that side of a divide in the norther hemisphere and all levels of dew can fall or rise due to the air moving up over the mountain and heat from large rocks.
@@BackpackerCoach Thanks. I really like that you did those experiments. That's good investigative work. I still think it was heavy dew or pollen because the rocks weren't wet and the trees weren't shedding water, in the way they often do. Two notes: 1) the spore/pollen could be heaver and reflect differently in Panama in summer than house dust. 2) Dew/heavy dew can produce similar results as rain. I'm only trying to be helpful in solving some of the mysteries over these photos. My parents were very adventurous so I spent lots of time in mountain woods at night.

@@BackpackerCoach brighten the picture up using software. I’m not saying I’m right but 15 people I’ve shown the picture to can see the 2 people and 2 dogs. Others have failed to see the people but can see the dogs. Both are husky type dogs. But if it’s not for you then fair enough. Just saying as I brightened the pic. Also the photo of kriss head at night. It’s a side view photo with someone holding her hair up. You can see one of her eyes in the bottom right and a gash just up on her forehead but you can only just see both. The hair is slightly red in that area.

it could be in a cave where they hid from the hunted (Cartels / local gang ) and later one got caught and raped and killed , and there stuff being taken , and dumped by the riverbed in the Jungle , to make it seems like incident.
In my opinion all their belongings were gathered up and put back in their backpack and later turned into police because that person was hoping they'd get the reward. The natives told the travel channel they were upset they didn't get anything. It seems very sus a bag would just turn up, dry with everything all together and in perfect condition months after being left in the jungle!

I agree and came to the same conclusuons like you. Only I think it is NOT A CAVE. My points: In the pics we see trees, grasses on pointed stones, clean round boulder. It is clear to me like you say too, that the round boulder with red plastics is CLOSER TO WATER FLOW than the pointed rocks in the background. For me this iss like a fact. Now you (still) say it is a cave. Then conclusion must be: we are looking for a cave IN WHICH A RIVER flows. This should be known by locals and easy to find! But consider this: IF IT IS INSIDE A CAVE, and they are taking pics UPWARDS TOWARDS THE SKY, then we should see on the top edge of some of the pics rocks (from the ceiling of the cave). But there is none! I think, location of night pics is a ravine and they are under a ledge (explaining dry hair).
Could it be possible that these pictures were taken from inside a huge well? They could have fallen in, or being kept hostage inside. Because it looks like that the rain is constantly pouring down at the location of pictures.
What I can't wrap my head around is... if they were abducted, the bad guys manipulated the pics, why did the leave the 'cave' or night time pics in? Bizarre amigos
I think it makes sense... if you consider that they didn't actually have their phones at all, after being abducted on the first day, and their abductors were trying to use the phones and camera from the get go that supported a narrative of the girls being lost in the jungle
There is no dog!!! You are looking at just past the power of the flash. Which is only about 10 to 12 feet away maybe 15 feet at the most. A dog would be much bigger at that distance.
People there in Panama knows I'm that town! They know things go on back there. Awhile back a guy was doing crazy things religious wise and they weren't for a God of Love. So they wanna hide the real things, what goes on in the dark come out in the light
I think this red bags are in a feet shape of the girls.. So one of the girl wore it on her feet.. But what is the reason for it? To put it right on a brunch of a tree.. Is it a symbol? The pic itself can b cutted bytheway

Why don,t you think through and analize the night shots as a whole... For example, what is the circumstance, where a camera takes 90 fotos, beginning at 1:30ish AM... And continues for 3 hours +.... And every foto is non-sense. Sooo, we know the camera "took" those fotos... I guess we can divide this into 2 possibilities... #1, a human or monkey, pressed the button for 3+ hours...or #2... Tbe camera jammed... Can we all agree that the 90 fotos falls in one of those two catergories?
