Me too. Perhaps not as old. 73 Summers and fortunately still relatively mobile despite wrecked knees which have put paid to any running and such. I can still get out there .. Nordic Walk and doing shorter, lower load-bearing Forest Jaunts. It is nice having the younger generation share their experiences with us .. bringing back fond memories of our own past. Every day, seeing and knowing of others who have severely restricted mobility for whatever reason, I am grateful for what I still have. Bless Careena and those like her who keep our dreams alive ..
I watch a lot of bushcrafters and they alldrink tea. You are the only one that i ever see drink coffee. I think that is pretty Awesome. I drink mine black with no sugar love it..
Ya know all the fires I’ve seen you build you never seem to burn yourself despite putting your hands in the fire. You are a badass Careena!! I know it may sound trivial but my fire building skills, etc have greatly improved since watching your videos.

Good luck with your new aim & achievement. Nothing can put a bad-ass woman down mate. Have you ever thought of doing a proper professional video promotion on all the gear & tools that you've used in your vids? A combination of different items/product in one film presentation, make it like a short film experiencing the outdoors & usages of products. You used the product & you know how good they are & how to use it in the field. Just make it a step-up than the usual Utube vid. Thought we throw that out there. Nothing like hitting two birds with one stone..! Not that you would anyway. Cheers mate from Australia.

👍👍👍 .. nice 😊. Good Morning Careena .. Yes, it is nice to have a private little 'bolt hole' where can 'mull'. If you possibly see this, something on 'bitter' cowboy coffee .. I take my coffee black and with no sugar. Depending on the specific brand and quality thereof, 'bitterness' can be an issue to a greater or lesser degree. Like Whiskey, I presumed that it was an 'acquired taste', so I got used to the bitterness in my coffee .. goes with the territory 😏. Then, I discovered 'Salt'. I read that some coffee aficionados use a pinch of salt in their coffee to counter the bitter. Apparently it works on the taste buds, somehow removing their ability to detect 'bitterness'. I tried it and have never gone back. The size of the 'pinch' will depend on one's sense of taste, the coffee strength, brand, etc. The result .. sweet, mellow black unsweetened coffee 👍😊. Ever set your knife in the snow, gets cold then place it in the hot coffee for a bit, the grounds will collect at the blade, remove without stirring,then ladle with very hot device,mmmm,

Im still using an old percolater on my stove ( use it on open fires also). Best damn coffee maker I've ever had. I like my coffee strong enough to float a horseshoe on top.

Wish you the best in your Video business, yours are always stunning, including the drone aerial footage introduction. My last 20 years was a self employed freelancing electrical engineer, its not for everybody, most will prefer a regular income working for somebody else, but it worked for me, big joy when clients keep inviting you back. I ended up wealthy and retired. Broke my back last year, long recovery, my walks are getting longer and longer without pain, bought heaps of camping gear, with you as my inspiration, hoping to use it soon.

You always have a great outlook on life. I’m sure being able to just pack up and spend a day or day and night has to lower your stress level just calming down and peace and quiet just you and nature. Good to have that outlet!
Can definitely tell your a videographer the opening shots and the different techniques you use here and there as well as the opening music 👌🏻 The opening Ariel shots remind me of a documentary called “where the road ends” could really see a small film like that happening for sure at some point 👍🏻
