@@TaxEvasion777 currently we've replaced our yard with the beginnings of a food forest, but we have to get permission now for planting trees and bushes (we live in a mobile home park) so have really backed off other than maintenance. But we are hoping to move later this year and if we do, I plan on expanding the plant life in the protected areas (a good portion of the land has various protections for wildlife and wetlands and forest), planting syntropic style rows and enclosing the whole "farm" area within an English hedgerows shelter. There are no plans for real retail size production, but I figure I can improve privacy while learning and building a system that helps the local wildlife while giving me the opportunity to turn it into more down the road if the urge strikes.
Byron how you doing bud, great content, the energy is infectious. I’m in Florida, desperate to start a food forest. I’m looking for land. In the meantime Short if going to Brazil to study under the grand master I’m wish to connect with and learn from/with syntropic food forest people. You have mentioned FL in your videos, hope you can share a lead. Enjoy NZ brother.
Best bet given what you’ve said is joining the Food Forest Fellowship to connect with other syntropic practitioners from all around the world. We’re looking at organising some in-person events around Brazil too

I don't have an established food forest but I have Cottontail and Jack Rabbits, Dove, Quail, Ground Squirrels, and several other variety of birds coming in to see the changes I have done in the 8 years I have been working in my Arid Environment.
