This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Modular. The model for this home is the “Redwood" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,600(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

This home would be perfect for a single person like me. Beautiful pantry, utility room and master bath. 👍 I would change the island to one level & put a seat in the shower. Otherwise, it's perfect.

This is a wonderful home! Coat closet, walk in pantry, spot for steps to the basement, utility room on the end so you can easily connect a garage and the heat vents while not on the ceiling are more on the wall instead of being directly on the floor where children can drop things down them, animals can get their paws or nails caught in them and furniture can damage them because they are not built to carry any kind of load. Wall vents are good, ceiling vents are best. Great home and a great price!

Chance?? This home is a very simple and very easy to maintain!! This can be a great home for anyone to enjoy!! From all of the Rooms including The Kitchen and The Laundry Rooms are comfortable!! The Bedrooms and The Bathrooms are well structured!! Good Job bringing this to your viewers!!

I’m impressed back in the 50s - 80s they used to call this style home a Rambler style home. It was a basic style entry level home. What impresses me how much they have advanced and got so much nicer. I love the pantry. Thanks Chance a great video

Those 2 bedrooms are so small. Knock the wall out and make one good size bedroom. The master closet is small. If those things were fixed, lovely house.

My old complaint is no sink in the island when you have 2 windows where it can go. Love the pantry

Other than the grab bag of cupboard colours (I am guessing that is to show the different colours available?) and a couple of little upgrades (i.e., get rid of the carpet and wire pantry/closer shelves, change a few light fixtures, etc.), I love it all! Great job Paradise and thank you Chance for showing us this one. This plan is a real contender for us - even hubby agrees that he could see us easily in that model!

Quilters would call the color of this house, tone on tone. It gives a sort of solid affect. LOVE the pantry!! I love how the pantry has outlets and the countertop so that when a big feding event is happening, the crock-pots, etc. can go in there and leave the regular kitchen countertops emptier. Love the kitchen. The two level island is great in case of a need to be cutting fabric on a flat surface. Lots of space for a bigger dining table. The basement space is sort of like how Peggy from King of the Hill has her office with the water heaterr. LOL It would be great for storing the Christmas tree and that sort of thing. Like the big linen cabinet in the guest bathroom. LOVE the laundry room. It has more cabinets than my first apartment kitchen! Can't believe the vanity in the master bath. So much storage. The shower has more space to walk in because it is open. Love this house. All I need is a rich uncle to buy it for me.

OMG! I had an Aha moment. The guest bath with the cabinet.. put doors on the back of the cabinet that lead into the laundry room so that when you fold your towels you just put them in the cabinet through the back. I like the home. TY.

I found the heating vents in the bedrooms to be interesting. They were placed in the baseboards rather than on the floor or ceiling. Nice home. Thanks!

They are supposed to be on the floor because heat rises. The only times I found they weren't were when a/c and heat are combined vents i.e. central air/heat. When you have to use window a/c and heat units, then vents on the floor, or they should be.

The PERFECT size! Love the pantry! Love the openness! Love the Nook! Love the master bath! The utility room is really nice as well. I'm not sure how I feel about the exterior color. I think I like it. It is a very nice, perfect sized house! It's -3 right now in Wisconsin! I don't care for this bitterly cold stuff. We live in Wisconsin, so snow and cold are a given, but this bitter cold is aweful! Thank you, Chance!

The master shower wall by the toilet is usually a wall all the way over to the corner leaving only the straight in space to enter and reach in to the valve, this one the wall is set back a little making a open corner to enter giving you more room and can access the valve easier from the other side.

This house is just right. Lots of cabinets in the kitchens and bathrooms and extra storage cabinets elsewhere. I love that the bathroom only has a shower. Also the house is very attractive.

I love the way the home is laid out and appointed! My only wish would be larger secondary bedrooms and space in the laundry room for a litter box area and maybe a dog wash basin. I'd miss my fireplace mantel, too! 😂 This one is definitely a close second to the Franklin Brantley I love!

I love this house. I really like the outside siding, and trim. The rooms are very spacious, and cozy. There isn’t anything that I don’t like about it. It’s lovely, and got that cozy feeling

I think 2 things that really set this apart from the others besides the corner entrance to to shower, is that garbage drawer for your cans and all the drawers under the sinks in the primary bathroom.

Fantastic house Chance! The only thing I’d change is the siding color and I love white cabinets like you do so I may not do all the different colors. Maybe they’re just showing what they can do.

Dutchlap siding very interesting color but this time next year “blah”!! Yuk then you have to find a house painter that specializes in repainting Vynyl siding it can be done but not cheap & it has to be done right

Chance thank you for this wonderful house tour. Very nice layout on the house and cabinet layout but all the kitchen cabinet colors were atrocious. At least in the guest bathroom and utility room they look like wood. That offers hope for how much better the kitchen and master bathroom could look. Thank you again and keep up the great work. 🎉

One thing that let's this and a lot of these homes is the bedroom coming off the living room or sometimes the kitchen. That's really off putting for me, but I suppose it is basically a mobile home and I'm probably wanting too much.
