Chance ive got a question does anyone do financing for these homes ,right now im living in a mobile home village you have to pay mortgage and lot rent ,one loan ive heard of is combining land with the home , any suggestions . Thanks
Agree. Poorest layout. Rooms are small. No coat closet by front door. No linen closet. Placement of dining room. Flex room? Useless. Who is designing these homes? No storage whatsoever. Chance, I love you, but these homes are NOT worth your precious time. More and more, these homes are completely lacking in storage. I hate to be stereotypical, but who is designing these homes? Men? The more I watch, the more disappointed I get.
🎉🎉 I like the hall bathroom , so big! Love love the shower and bathroom in the master. The laundry room was wonderfully spacious. Sad there was no porch. Family room very very nice.
We toured this home several years ago. It smells very strongly of formaldehyde, like the old mobile homes from decades ago. In fact, every home on Palm Harbor's lot did. Its a shame cuz they're nice homes. Oh, and they expect you to write a check for $2k just to sit down and TALK to a sales person. They're taking advantage of people that don't know better, since you normally don't write an earnest money deposit check until details are finalized, NOT before. We left and they called us the next day and asked us to come back and said they'd make an exception and talk to us without a deposit, but it was too late.
I like the the layout minus the arches because i feel it dates the house and makes it look older and in the main bedroom the bath tub needs to be free standing in my opinion.
Obsessed with the semi open kitchen/living space. Im not into the full open concept floor plans. This is besutiful. Wish it was available for south MS.
I have toured this home at another location. It’s really nice! It would be prefect for a single person or empty nesters. The secondary bedrooms are small. One in particular would be better suited as an office. Deer Valley makes the nicest manufactured homes. You can customize so much. It feels well-made and not cheap at all. It goes up to 90 feet long, but that size isn’t allowed in every state.
As the late Billy Fuccillo would say about the kitchen HUGER! Big but all too white and colorless. Oh man. Big to redo to my color by replacing tiles but white and black.. no. Wood is what I seek or Pastel Green cabinets Italian style. With drawers not doors for bottom part. Slidibg doors in dinning instead of single door. Black stone. No. Fireplace should be natural stone or red bricks. Better bricks. Shower in main is better great for cleaning and spot any black molds. As for office... take out bedroom wall between bedrooms and make it bigger. Carpets in bedrooms. No. No. Any of you had bed bugs? Hmm? Get rid of carpets. I want carpetless. I can ask them not to install carpets. I can ask for adjustments when ordering. Best you get floor plans and draw with you pen for alteration then the dealer will fax it to company to make it the way you want it. Their drafters can do blueprint your way then you can see finished product.
I like that there ISN’T a tub in the Master. To me they are useless in that room. Actually, I would prefer showers in my baths as there are no young children in my family that would need one. No one wants to sit in dirty water, at least I don’t.
