A master chef from Spain taught me this pork rib trick. Even my guests were surprised when they tried it! The famous pork ribs recipe that amazed everyone. Delicious dinner for guests of honor. Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1kg pork ribs
Rinse well and dry with a paper towel
Remove the film from the pork ribs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dry garlic.
Rub in the spices well.

3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Chop 1 onion.

Mix well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Oregano.
Paprika.
Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
After 45 minutes.
Rosemary.
Wrap in 2 layers of foil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
6 eggs.
Salt.
Mix well.
Add stewed cabbage.
1 tablespoon potato starch.
Mix well.
2 tablespoons oil.
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes until thickened and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
3 tablespoons ketchup.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon mustard.
1 tablespoon honey.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
1 hour later.
Brush well with the prepared sauce.
Place in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese after 15 minutes.
Place in the oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
