I'm sure if people want to speak about their experience, they'd find a way, but the report was intended to be private, releasing it would be an injustice. They must find a way without releasing names even if it is only the conclusion that those ten or more staff were found to be bullied. A clause should be included for the Sussexes not to give out names who they think they might be or any details about them. I was 17 graduated high school got a full-time job and the woman in charge was nastier than I could ever imagine day after day week after week month after month I took her crap and one day. I decided I’d have enough. I confronted her. I lambasted her and I let her know she was bullying me. I then went to her boss and let him know exactly what I did. It was over. This woman never bullied me again.

I believe they were stuck between a rock and a hard place. She was making allegations of racism and stating it was a culture clash. You are right that if the employer is aware of the bullying and they allow it to continue then they are jointly liable unless they can show that they did take action to stop it etc.
