It was nice to hear Tino acknowledge and express his thanks to you for hiring him as a permanent employee. My dad entered this country nearly 60 years ago from Mexico and all he asked for was an opportunity. An opportunity to work hard. He was always punctual; never called in sick; and had an excellent work ethic. Glad to see that some immigrants still value that old school of thought! I know it's just the start of the season, but man, already you can just feel the difference with this crew. Ryan seems like he can be more relaxed and focused on the job instead of having to babysit those who wander off, don't show up, or make huge mistakes.

Ray is an awesome addition to the crew always asking questions even when where is little for him to do, he is watching what the other guys are doing to learn more or go get something they need. I don't think Ryan will ever be finding him in the truck sleeping or on his phone. I keep thinking Francisco will show up on a job just to say hi and give an update on how he's doing.

It’s great content to watch, relaxing and funny and great to see such a caring and understanding boss who respects his workers. I’ve been off work for a year now due to a work related suicide and have ptsd. My biggest fear of going back lately is the fact that I’m just a number to them and I know it will be up to me to take care of myself when I’m back. This defiantly has to be one of my favorite patio designs! Obviously on other ones you add things like fire pits and concrete benches or stamps but as far as the patio itself I love this pattern! Great work! 👌🏽👌🏽
