Join the concrete crew as we set up and pour a nice driveway in Pewaukee Wisconsin. The weather has been quite the challenge this spring, from cold, snow, and now rain but we are working through it and getting it done! Enjoy
i think bugs may be one of the most caring people i've ever seen. He is always putting others first and doing anything he can to help his team succeed. What an absolute champion
Bugs is what we in the uk trades would call an “old boy” very good at what he does, very happy to put other people before himself and always happy to teach and pass on his knowledge, unfortunately there aren’t many left like bugs nowadays. But what a man he is 💪🏻
Not a lot of old people willing to help out and teach young people these days, really there's been a decline in pass down of knowledge and skills the last ~20yrs
Ray is just a big soft bear really! Tried blinking quick to hide his tears haha bless him and your mom of course, happy birthday and shoutout to the whole crew as always!
I Agree with you about Eric, simply " out of Focus lack of attention" if it was not for Ryan to notice early to STOP them. the entire front edge yard would have been destroyed...
@paperroutefrank9378 Correct!!at many point he could have been overwhelmed by circumstances beyond his control, allowing them to build up and escalate however Ryan practiced de escalation and everything worked out.
Another victorious video! Tino's the new boss, eric walking all over planted grass seed in the mud, bugs looking like an abrams tank, jade doing jade things, and rays beard and attitude are just amazing! 😂
Ryan, you have built a great crew this year. It'll be complete when Fransisco gets back on the job... Those guys love your mother and she loves them!!! Her birthday flowers were a wonderful gesture for her birthday!!! Keep up the great work Victory Crew!!!
@18:10 didnt need to respond to tino like that, he obviously wasnt informed you were going to use the bucket to dig a trench. youre old enough to control your emotions.
Can we just appreciate how invaluable Bugs is? Works so hard, so much wisdom and with such a positive attitude! Looked like a tough job but the boys delievered!
Happy birthday to your mom!! "It's okay, just mess up and do it again. That's the only way you will learn"..... I wish one boss in my life would have said this to me.
He needs motivated not a alarm clock, anyone I've known who can't/struggles with getting out of bed early are the ones that have little to no motivation for whatever reasons
Amazing to see your mom so happy. Can't say enough about Ray, just overall solid guy with a huge heart. @Ryan I'm praying for you that you can find peace and wisdom in the struggles your facing. Your channel is more than just a bunch of dudes pouring concrete. Your an inspiration sir
@vikings844 I guess u missed the part where he said he's going thru alot of things he doesn't put on the channel. Either way just bc everything looks good on the surface doesn't mean someone isn't going thru something stop being so judgemental and worry about yourself
@@vikings844 Not everything you see in a 45 minute video is what happens in a persons life, remember he’s trying to make enough money to buy a property and pays for 7 kids
@@ncdozer3103 If buying a million dollar piece of property is a struggle then maybe somebody shouldn't buy it son! He seems to move pretty fast on his spending!
I like Ray, he’s fitted in really well and has a great personality. Good luck on your season hope the weather warms up to get past the muddy issues. Can you ask Ray how long it took for his beard to grow to the length it is.
I don't get this whole late to work deal. We start at 7. The job I'm on is only 15 min away. My alarm goes off at 5:15 & I make sure my feet hit the cold floor before I turn it off. Coffee is done at 5:30 and gives me an hour to myself, bathroom time and allows me to be wide awake for the drive. If you go to bed at a decent hour, it's easy to get in the rhythm. I don't put up with constant lateness.
The flowers for mom's birthday was an awesome move by the guys!! Watching Ray just kinda fall into place is awesome to see, considering not long ago he knew next to nothing about concrete. I was impressed watching him puddle the sidewalk for Eric and Bugs. He's definitely an awesome addition to the team!! Good work as always, fellas!!
Hey, Ryan! Just started watching the videos not long ago. Just wanted to say you’re an incredible boss! It’s clear how much respect your crew has for you. You’re also a great teacher as well! It’s cool seeing guys able to branch off and do their on thing on the side, whether it be RU-vid or just jobs.
@11:00 Ray reminds me of a guy I used to work with in North Dakota oilfields. His name was Rob. He was always a down to earth, hard working, goofy, sarcastic, stand up guy that you could always count on. They even have the same beard style and everything. It's funny how the little things can bring back vivid memories. Try not to chase Ray off to quickly lol. You don't find many like that these days. -ROB, if you're reading this...miss ya brotha.
Ryan you gotta stop running string lines for checking grade. Spend the money on a laser level, set up your main unit and just move around with the stick to check various spots. Your probably wasting 2 hours a week running strings, that’s what $200 minimum over 38-40 ish weeks lazer pays for itself in a year.
Love the videos Ryan, think any crew need a man like buggs and think Eric should be picking up things a bit better and walking onto the new grass 😅only my opinion, but you got a a good crew around you with your knowledge, skills and hard work, wishing you all well ftom lreland 👍 👍 🙏🙏🙏💪💪Happy birthday to your mom🎉
0:57 I'm pretty sure they can adjust the flow of the pumps, because I noticed when gas went up to almost $5 last year (or whenever that was), at first, you'd squeeze the nozzle, blink, and you already put in $20. Then the pumps at the same gas stations slowed wayyy down. It' almost like they do it so you feel like you're getting more gas than you truly are 😂🤣
Ryan - you mentioned fuel pumps being so slow... I run a pretty large marina in the north east and I'm not sure if "over land" fueling is the same but "over water" we are federally regulated to 11 GPM for gas(diesel fuel not included) as far as pump speed goes
Yo what did you mean customer complaints? This is like your first jobs of the season. Who was complaining? Was it the guy and his dad? I'm very curious just because there hasn't been that many customers yet 😅
Man, I swear I was just thinking about how important common sense is the key to Ryan's success! With out it you are doomed to fail! Certain members of crew need to take immediate notice!
Hi guys, from London ontario Canada I have been watching your videos every morning, great crew you have, kinda reminds me of the guys I work with, love your videos keep up the good job, Roy Doxtator
Love your channel, love the work you do and a great team. Would love to see and hear you give a forward advance to your convoy of trucks as you leave your yard, like OddBall from the film Kelly's Heroes did when telling his tanks to advance. That would be so funny.
Tino tries his best when he is on the job. If anybody should get to work it's Eric. Loves to see what he can get out of by laughing, eating, talking, TikTok.
I’m sensing some frustration in Ryan. Some distraction in Eric from side jobs, motivation from the new guy, separation from the late guy, dedication from Bugs
