A bareback president could be either a Bukele or a Hugo Chávez. He's right, it's possible to prepare such a leader and paradigm shift. Being resolute is paramount. Unfortunately, I don't see many on the right willing to leave their comfort zones. Edit: in the "Security" section, we can make a parallel between the strategy devised and the purges during the Chinese Pest. Edit: I commented before listening to the whole thing, and he mentioned Bukele towards the end. Damn, he surely doesn't let anything pass him by.

I can’t help but imagine that if Yarvin ever got his way he would inevitably spend his proceeding days shouting “not like that you idiots!” The problem with him is similar to Rufo in the sense that there needs to be hundreds more of them.

I think according to his own worldview, that's still viewing things democratically. Something isn't more true if more people can be brought to believe in it, it just means it has better PR. This is the story of the 20th century. To steelman Yarvin, every king has advisors, my guess is that he just wants to find a king worthy of his advice.
