A couple days on the road with me exploring & vlogging

Hello and greetings from Ireland you mentioned in your video your mpg is not great you should try giving your vehicle some Dipetane Basically what it does is cleans your Fuel system this works really well All you need to do is add some to the fuel tank before your next fill up it comes in a measured bottle so it’s quite straightforward

Stitch looks good, but did I notice correctly in your video, your Land Rover Freelander is using a bit too much fuel at the moment?! A lovely way to unwind on a Sunday - watch another lovely Vlog from Ellie :) Not so manic this time either - more calming with the views despite the wind and rain that seem to chase you around at this time of year ;) I see you manually locked Stitch - is your key fob not dong it's job? if so - the battery needs replacing (soldered on job) which is usually the case as they don't last forever despite recharging in the dash port. Having two fobs is ideal to be fair Ellie. Drive safe, keep safe, and above all else - keep doing whatever pleases you as it's always entertaining for us viewers! Pete

Late to see the upload! Uploaded early! Woo. Looks like an amazing place to visit. Just a warning for literally anyone staying anywhere. Be careful for hidden cameras. Was in a hotel in Massachusetts, USA and there was at least two I found. Be careful out there. Gas can be affect by brake pads, calipers sticking causing the gas to go down the drain because it's working harder to push forward. Such beautiful places over there. Wish I could have enough to be there for a month and visit everything. With daily vlogging it helps a lot to have a editor that can help you. But you usually would need literally like a day or so to edit everything. But daily vlogging is awesome cause in the future you, friends, family get to see the past and it's just awesome. Something I want to do as well. Also wheel bearings can mess with gas

I know it’s a bit boring, but try and work out your mpg. An easy way is to make a note of your odometer reading next time you fill up with diesel. Do the same after the next fill up, but also record how many litres it takes. Divide the litres by 4.5, to convert to gallons. Then divide the mileage by this figure. This will give an indication whether Stitch’s fuel economy is normal or he’s got a drinking problem.

You must be happy because you finally saw some sunlight, albeit for a short while. It actually got cloudy later this afternoon but even now at 8:45 pm it’s still 21° and for the next week, the coolest day we are going to have is 28. If you ever get out here, I can almost guarantee you will be vlogging every day. Even during winter. Just remember that even our state of Western Australia is 10 times the size of the UK and there is plenty of stuff in between. I can’t say that I’m into flowers much, although we have some really weird Plantlife over here. We even have an orchid that grows and blooms underground. Don’t ask me how or why I am interested in the historical sites you have around Pommy land. In fact I was considering going to university awhile back to study archaeology. Unfortunately Australia has no significant archaeological sites apart from a few campfires that are a few thousand years old because nobody built anything out here but I do study pre-Colombian history etc etc. There were two other reasons I didn’t go to university. One was that studying didn’t pay any bills and the second one was there were too many distractions walking around. It seems like university of W.A. has only models attending. anyway, have yourself a really good week and enjoy your travels. Most importantly, stay safe and stay dry. Although I realise there is not much chance of the latter. It seems the oven is cooling down now so I will say cheers from beautiful Perth Western Australia.

If your passing, travelling north you should see Chatsworth house in Bakewell. It's Mr Darcey's house in Pride & Prejudice (the BBC series is the best by a mile) it's really is an impressive house and gardens. 😊

Sadly Stitch is likely to drink fuel. They were never great on fuel and is a pretty boxy shape. I'd expect from home to Glastonbury and back with a little bit of other driving you would have spent about £50? Maybe as the weather improves you could move out of Stitch to more traditional camping to give your back a rest. I'm glad you are happy and enjoying life. Hopefully it will lift to another level as the warm sunny weather arrives. ❤

I would love to explore Glastonbury Tor, but I live a few hours away. It would also cost me an arm and a leg in train fares and buses to get there.
