I got some interior work to do on it and before that even I’m gonna have to detail this thing like crazy. I’m probably going to have four or five vehicles up for sale at the same time That’s my strategy anyway I want to put the white box truck up for sale and I want to finish the Ford F150 and maybe even get that gold blazer fixed up a little bit and running Then I can take it easy on the scrapping and wait for the sales Of these cars & trucks My goal probably a little overly ambitious but my goal is to sell 10 cars before Thanksgiving
That’s true when I think of it I think international has a little bit more black coloration to the red. …. I was looking at my own RU-vid video and for some reason the red that you see on the RU-vid video it looks a little more orange Than it really is
That car is really starting to look pretty good. Looks like maybe a little interior work and putting the chrome trim pieces on. A few other minor details and it'll really look good
Yeah I really gotta take my time putting the chrome trim back on around the back glass and the windshield easy to damage the glass and or trim & chip paint… I had to take these pieces off though because otherwise the paint job look like crap it would be easy to tell upon close inspection that it was re-painted a different color Then.
It’s a really good runner to I fixed the transmission pan gasket leak so no more trans fluid dripping on the exhaust When I get around the wet sanding and buffing it out and then putting all the trim on then I’m going to detail the interior Lotta. Bodywork dust inside
A little bondo but not too much for this car they aren’t known for being extremely rusty like I’ve seen so many cars of newer vintage mostly it’s lower quarter panels this one had some rust inside the door jams But not anything extreme
@steelisthemeal oh yes I know all to well I used to restore vintage mopars for a number of years you can use a razor blade to get the paint off the glass or the steel wool
