Gavin is really good at games, and can work out timing incredibly well - his self confidence and tendency to panic completely negates all that ability though
He really has no "chill" button huh? He goes into panic mode and just fucks himself up so hard. I mean he clears half his issues, but because he keeps smashing his keyboard he just puts himself back intro trouble. That all said, can't even begin to count th enumber of times people go "he is really good at games". Really shame those skills are useless with his panic mode
you think that's impressive? (well yeah it definitely is but) i had to teach myself to play Mario Kart Double Dash while controlling 2 player karts at the same time XD that's what happens when you get hyper-bored while having no siblings growing up.
This episode has a relatively low count, mostly due to Gavin being gone lmao I got 3 (counting a "you've killed us"), and +1 for Gavin saying it as well!
Brian Fox actually i think the other one is right, worms you typically only have 4-6 worms (WMD) so theres only a few people to team kill per game, and even THEN Gavin is STILL killed/targeted by others, so some get "stolen"
do you think this is the day Michael finally realizes that Gavin was a figment of his imagination from the beginning, and that the rt and ah crews and even we the audience have been leading him on to think there really is some British nut named Gavin Free?
This is why I love cams when they playing. That last part was so intense and you can see how Michael was so focused on the game it's just amazing :D More cams on games :D
I could barely breath during the Rage Quit section of the video. Michael was indeed God Tier. I really want video of Gavin watching his boi make that run.
These will never get old Edit: Michael getting both bunnies through the level was the best part, seeing him trying to finagle them. Especially since (I’m pretty sure) he could have just done it with one bunny.
That was incredible single player co-op. Reminds me of the crash playthrough, which was fantastic. Would have loved to have seen Gavin's reaction to a replay if that.
My favourite part of play pals is when they spend a tremendous amount of time trying to rescue runs when it would be much more efficient to restart. They never end up being worth the time but it’s always so entertaining.
Gavin is getting more and more impatient with each attempt, wildly pressing any buttons in any given time hoping to get a miracle in one out of all the attempts to finish the level. Meanwhile Michael patiently put up with that shit simultaneously figuring out how to play and beat the game. good job editor to patiently watch the unedited stuff and finding the time both of that work on the same time. i might buy you a drink
Brevi Alfarisy honestly the impatience on Gavin’s side is starting to seriously weigh on my entertainment of this series, which is sad because initially I LOVED IT. What I don’t love is 15 minutes of the same 2 feet of level, no matter how funny the dialogue
how? HOW??! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!! And you though Alfredo is the "good with video games| guy. YOU THOUGHT WRONG. Michael still sucks at Siege though XD
What I was thinking is if they had both made it past the portal in the first level, Gavin could have just kicked Michael past all the stalactites and made them all drop at once. I figure that's the kind of pro strats they'd have in competitive co-op speedrunning
the fact that Michael completely ignored the obvious solution of just making it single player and instead beat the level as both characters if freaking fantastic! props to the guy for going all the way!
It's the moments where they are flying around the screen and that come to a sudden stop and are perfectly mounted on each other with a *pop* that get me to actually laugh out loud
15:00 is like that moment on Human Fall Flat where they somehow save Gavin from falling off the ledge, love it, it's pointless but a great accomplishment none the less
Achievement Hunter has been a lot of things to me over the past few years. Something to pass time, something to calm my mind, something to relieve stress. Adjusting to second shift life is difficult when you are used to a retail life (used to work 10-4, now im 3:30 to 2am) not being able to spend time with the people I love can get stressful. There is nothing like seeing this video come up on my feed at 3am my time, and knowing that everything will be okay as long as I take time to enjoy the little things. I haven’t even watched 2 seconds of this video yet, but I know it’s exactly what I need to get through the rest of the week. Thank you for everything you do.
”im trying to figure out the best way to do that” Surely it couldn't be just going next door and asking for someone to come hold down a button for a hot second
We got a reminder of a show that used to be part of rooster teeth, only with a lot less cutting to micheal screaming and ultimately slamming a controller
0:20 my spine 5:24 that was cool 6:38 is it me or did the audio start playing twice? 10:10 Rage Brit! 13:10 ... Like a bungee cord i guess? 14:45 huh that worked 15:25 ... For nothing 26:39 ... How? A couple of miners play pals super bunny man pt 6 1:35 (Gav how?) RTCS 1:58 (history repeats) RTCS * 7:35 (impressive) 8:40 (... Oh....) * 19:14 (MiineCrUaRt)* ** 26:38 (scalped) RTCS 27:20 (roll dont miss it... Youve missed it...)* * 29:25 (grew old haDUuIuGhH) ** *
Can everyone agree that we were cheering for Michael in his solo bit! I was so nervous he wasn’t going to finish, but so glad he did. Great job Michael boy!
I never really noticed this before, but...is the music in the background basically the same track used in Cloudberry levels or am I just hearing things?
I bet that Gavin is gonna see the last parts of this video and be like "well....guess Michael can do the rest of this game by himself, regardless of playing as one or both characters"
The best part of these later levels is how much easier it would be for just one person to make it through. Michael could have probably ground out this whole game in like an hour on his own but the playps shenanigans are so juicy.
