A Couple's Fight With The Child Welfare System To Keep Their Baby 

you call cps and they do nothing. Honestly, I think the only babies they actually make an effort to take her babies like this who don't need them.

@@MistressOP Yes they took my baby with false allegations and a case worker who had her mind made up I was the devil before even meeting me. I never hurt my kid, we were poor and an easy target to sell my kid to a foster family. They didn't have any reason to terminate my parent rights so now I pay child support to a family that won't let me see my daughter. She will be 10 this year and Texas will not let me fight back and ignore my filing in court. I call CPS on 2 kids who I found home alone for a week the mom gets to keep them. I think they want kids that aren't scarred by abuse they are easier to sell off to the highest bidding adoption family.

No, you are so wrong! Did you not hear the video. Smh, once it was shown a misdiagnosed, these parents should've been left alone. It's the ppl that truly need looked into is never looked into.

This is absolutely NOT how I want CPS to respond. I want skilled doctors who understand babies, skilled radiologists who understand how to read films from babies who are very different than adults, and I don’t want to see “mandated reporters” who fail to be through, objective, and unbiased when it comes to reporting child abuse. When doctors make mistakes that result in CPS involvement and those mistakes are realized, STOP wasting resources. Every parent does NOT need a psychological evaluation (under duress) and “parenting classes”. These parents are now documented child neglecters. This can affect their careers and future. CPS should have never been involved in the first place, but at the very least should have immediately dismissed the case as unfounded as soon as they proved there was no skull fracture to begin with. Having CPS involved is dangerous even when you are a very good parent. It invokes fear and anxiety in parents and children, it interferes with family relationships, misuses taxpayer money and CPS time and resources, and one biased case worker could have destroyed this family. The whole system needs to be completely dismantled and rebuilt

WTF are you talking about? Who's doing stuff that's demanding to her?.Those parents haven't and isn't doing anything to their baby that's negative and was wrongfully accused of a misdiagnosed skull fracture that wasn't even a fracture or anything..
