I receive so many book marks from Happy mail swaps. I use those to mark special places in my books. I have some very beautiful handmade book marks from all over the world.
okay don't freak out but i might move to wherever you live it's ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS 😍 i love how you add the date at the beginning of you book and if it's a book club read etc. it adds a little something and then you have the memory 🥹 it feels very library book and i just love it 🫶 i love how your reorganized your desk it looks so cute but also peaceful 🤍 is there a reason you changed back to working in marketing ? i'm always curious and intrigued by what people do for a living and why they chose that path (probably because i'm completely lost in that regard 😅) my annotations are very specific to the book and my mood honestly. i could go for very detailed annotations with a key or just yolo it out an just underline/highlight passages/quotes i like ! i live in south of france in a small city and i honestly would love be more in and around nature, it's nice if i want to go to the movie but that's pretty much about it 😂 omggg this coffee shop is so cute 😍
I changed back to Marketing for two main reasons: 1) I wanted to have a stable income again after 4 years of being 100% self-employed (which has been an exciting and also very exhausting journey! 🫣) and 2) right at the time I decided I‘d want to be parttime employed again, my previous job before I got self-employed got vacant again! So I returned to the same company which was great, because I was already comfortable with all the processes 🤗🧡
With annotating, I‘m the same as you! Sometimes I love having a key and sometimes I‘m just enjoying the free flow and basically just „paint on paper that happens to have letters on it“ 😂😂
Such lovely walks! I struggle with nonfiction books, I find my mind wanders or I struggle to stay interested. I live in the US, in Michigan, in a city, I don’t know if I could do country permanently, I like the convenience of being in a city. But, I also feel like the countryside in Germany is different than where I live, there are beautiful forest wlks nearby and we just don’t have that, so I think maybe I could live in a German countryside! 🌳🌳🌳 Was that your favorite sushi place that you went to?
Living in the city definitely has its benefits too! 🤗 I think the landscape in Germany is quite similar to Austria, depending on the area. 🌸 the sushi place was chosen by our father, I didn’t know it until then, but it was really good! 😍 Is Sushi a thing in Michigan too? In Vienna there are so many Asian restaurants, and a lot of them are really good! 🤗
@@ink-stained_realms yes, My husband and son love sushi! I’m not a fan, I think it’s beautiful but not tasty 😂😂 there are a couple places that have really good sushi and there is even a store nearby that makes really good fresh sushi.
