The filter was totally wrong. Look at the inside especially the thread pattern. One goes out and one comes in. That's why I always stick with the OEM filters for all engines. This way you never have tractors coming back. A lesson that I'm sure you won't forget.
Let your light shine. Doing the right thing is always best. Customers sometimes ask for warranty. I just tell them, if it doesnt work as it should, bring it back. Im not a prophet, I do not know when my mower will break next. If you want a warranty go buy a new one and it is going to make it till its out of warranty and then you will have to fix it too. Only difference is, you paid two or three times the price for the new one :) Thanks again for sharing, my friend :)
Great video, yes honesty is the best key, I know what you mean about giving out your exact address location (here in France quite often you meet at an agreed location rather than at the persons house). Looking forward to seeing the video of the TORO.
There’s that and I’ve heard of using ATF as well. In this case, I just wanted to sell and get some cash flow and not mess with it. As long as the customer knows!
