Thank you for joining our Tokyo cycling tour !! We had a fun time exploring old towns😉 Yes, the bike tour is the best way to visit the city highlights in a few hours 👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Erica! Thanks for making this video. I agree with you on exploring by bike. Keep up the great work on your videos I appreciate them. Cheers!!! Arigato!!!
I really enjoyed the video and the tour. Thank you for sharing. FYI, the bamboo ladle has antibacterial property (since bamboo has natural antibacterial property). So it is much better than plastic.
It looks like u have so much fun in Tokyo. My life centers about work and work and work. Let me know if u do fun stuff ^^ I feel so motivated to go more out in Tokyo looool
Hi Erica, I'm so glad you choose to go on the bike tour. I was especially interested in senso-ji temple because I've seen in movies the practice of reading your fortune though donation. Fascinating interesting stuff. Thank you for this video.
This vlog was great, always good to see the older parts of Tokyo! The food looked delicious too 😋 (PS: Really glad that you're back to vlogging and that whatever mean comments you were getting before didn't put you off forever...the rest of us enjoy your vlogs!!!)
Wonderful! I want to visit these places like you did someday. I go visit to Tokyo quite often but it’s for business trip. And I never got to see and walk around Tokyo.
That looked like fun. I love the Asakusa area so I’ll have to take this trip next time I’m back in Tokyo /Magical Trip runs a bar hopping trip that I would recommend you try 🍻
Did the temples and food stops cost a lot of money? I'm considering doing this Tour when I'll go to Tokyo next year and I find it a little expensive. Thank you !
Erica how were you able to shoot video so smoothly on the bicycle? I've seen your videos where you seem to usually shoot with an SLR on a j-pod of some kind, did you just use that with some setting on the camera or did you use a different setup for this? Thanks!
Hey Sam, I just had the camera attached around the bicycle frame near the handles with a gorillapod. It had to be wrapped very firmly otherwise the footage was shaky!
Wow awesome. I would love to do something like this. Although, I haven't ridden a bicycle in years. Is this something we forget to do without practice?
I know cycling is fairly common in Japan, so I’m always baffled by the lack of dedicated bicycle lanes in Japanese cities. In my country you would never see bikes so close to other vehicles in heavy traffic.
i love Japan i want to come in Japan please help me how come to get in Japan das ist meine traumhaft ich liebe euch Japan please help me to I come to Japan🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🌹🌷💖🌷🇩🇪
Do you have any idea why it's called "Cat street"? I know where both are, I know they have nothing to do with actual cats. Is it a Japanese word that sounds like the English word "Cat"? Kinda driving me crazy at this point. Google search was useless.
There's a graveyard at Yanaka Ginza where a lot of cats have settled and on calm days they head over to the street. The locals treat them with respect and at some point over time it became known to people that a lot of cats spend their time at the street, so the word spread and the locals started specializing on cat themed goods and foods :) Try googling Yanaka Ginza, then you'll find more info about it!
