Here is an old Vhs video of A Day at Disneyland from around early 1990. I found this the other day when I was cleaning, Enjoy this rare treat from the 90s. This was before Disney CA Adventure was built. Hope you like this.
This is CRAZY nostalgic! As a 6-7 year old child, I watched this like every other day until I was able to experience Disneyland for the first time at age 8. Thank you for this memorable VHS tape, as it’s up there with Michael Jordan’s “Come Fly With Me” as my most memorable VHS tapes...❤️
I used to watch this over and over again as a child! I'm 30 now, and it brings back such fun memories and I think about this often! Thank you for the upload!!!!
This is the Disneyland I will always love and cherish the most! The “magic” of Disneyland comes back to me every time I watch this video ❤️ Thank you for posting! ☺️👍🏼
Haven’t seen this in 18 years, since I was only four! I am so glad I stumbled upon this video and that you uploaded it 🙏🏼 it brings back so much nostalgia and wonderful feelings, makes me wish I was a kid again. Thank you!
Classic video I'm selling the popcorn in Frontierland. That clip was originally for a training video. Notice they dubbed my voice. Pretty funny! Fun times
My grandma had this tape, and when we visited her, the first thing I would do was pop this tape in. I always got super excited when the star tours part came up. Thank you for uploading this, it brings back so many good memories.
I used to watch this on repeat as a little kid, my Great Aunty and Great Uncle bought it on one of their trips to America (we’re Australian). I’ve always wanted to go to Disneyland, but I worry it won’t live up to the image I have of it due to this video. Thanks for uploading it, it’s been at least twenty years since I last watched and all I’m feeling now is pure nostalgia!
Me too. When I relived some memories of my first US visit in 98 when I got the Disneyland Fun VHS, I researched about it. That Disneyland Fun reuses some of the footage from this film.
Omg my childhood, this tape brings back a lot of memories. My aunt in America sent me this tape as a gift, I was 4-5yo back then, just love it. Thank you for uploaded this
Omg I remember having this video as a kid on vhs. I must of been like 4 or 5. My mom used to work as the Chip costumer too, wow. Thank you for uploading this! Seriously this really brought back so many old (and happy) memories
My grandma has this vhs and has been to Disneyland a couple of times. This tape brings back memories when I used to watch this when I was staying at her house.
My last trip to Disneyland was in the summer of 1988 as a teenager. It looked and sounded just like in this video; fun stuff and good memories for sure. Thanks for sharing.
I want this Disney back so badly!!!! Now they got rid of the annual passes, so people have to pay each time they go to a Disney park. Also, they're moving towards to only being a streaming service, which is BS because the future children won't get a chance to experience the magic of the Disney parks. They'll only be able to watch videos on what the Disney parks were like and be like I want to go, but they can't because of either two reasons. Reason one: The Disney parks will become abandoned and forgotten. Or reason two: The parks get demolished.
I used to watch this film with my brother and dream about coming back to the parks 😍 now my dream came true I'm an AP. Thank you for sharing this treasure!
I had this tape, got it at Disneyland when my family went on a trip to the US when I was 6 years old, 30 years ago. So glad to find this video, I had a super fun time there ❤️
Wow ! This was so dope! Omg total flashback/time capsule in a great video! (Like 948) Thanks for the great nostalgic experience watching this ♥️👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍😉❤️✌🏼
OMG I’ve been looking everywhere for this video for years! I could only find that dumb sing along version that has som of these clips but this is the one we had and would watch over and over
Oh my god! I am so glad I was able to find this!! I randomly remember it a few days ago, but my Nana used to put this VHS on for me every time I slept over her house ; o ; I'd fall asleep to it. Super nostalgic!
My father took me there and left me at Epcot Centre when he got in a mood with me and I was only 12! He was a horrible man but Mickey and co looked after me until he came back 2 hrs later.
Grew up watching this. And found it again last year one part shocked me. The guy on he boat shoots at the hippo and laughs. I guess we were much less sensitive towards animals and cruelty just 30 yrs ago.
I love A Day at Disneyland in 1990! I really wish I was there that year. I will absolutely cherish this as well. Disneyland in the 90's is wonderful. The 90's I must say is magical.
25:53 When I'm taking a long stroll or walk in the neighborhood at night or day, I might avoid passing that old house 🏚 at end of that dimly-lit street or Avenue of New Orleans
A few years ago I was talking to Farley the Fiddler, and thought I the Guy playing the Fiddler in the video looked familiar and I asked Farley if that was him and he said yes
I used A Pro Broadcast Vhs Vcr, I got it for only $50.00 on Ebay, the unit was around $4000.00 when it was new in the 1990s. For the RU-vid file I used Pinnacle Studio 15 and its a Mpeg 2 file.
ENJOYED THIS VIDEO AS MY FAMILY WAS THERE IN CALIFORNIA (JULY)1990. I REMEMBER IT WELL...IT WAS VERY HOT THAT DAY AND WE WENT ON THE "PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN" MANY MANY TIMES BECAUSE IT WAS NICE AND COOL ON THAT RIDE. ALSO, VERY CROWDED AND LONG, LONG WAITING LINES FOR THE RIDES. SPENT LOTS OF MONEY BUT THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE DAY. THE ELECTRIC LIGHT PARADE WAS FANTASTIC. NEW VIDEOS DON'T SEEM TO HAVE AS MANY FIREWORKS AS DEPICTED IN THIS VIDEO. THEY WERE SPECTACULAR. MICKEY MOUSE PICKED MY 6 yo SON UP. LIFTED HIM IN THE AIR IN A BIG HUG - WE GOT A GREAT PICTURE OF THAT AND WE STILL TREASURE IT. SOME ADVICE: GET THERE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AND HIT ALL THE BIG RIDES FIRST. THERE IS LOTS TO DO, LOTS TO SEE, LOTS OT EAT....EXPENSIVE=YES!!! BUT WORTH IT !!! PS. WEAR VERY COMFORTABLE WALKING SHOES, DON'T FORGET THE SUNSCREEN AND STAY HYDRATED W/ PLENTY OF WATER! ENJOY YOUR DAY!
Just watching this for the first time in a long time. Did the Electrical Parade music change, or did they have trouble obtaining the rights for it in this tape? Because the version in this tape sounds altered.
