Thanks to Rohan Mehra for providing us with this amazing footage of Pleasurewood Hills back in 1986. A truly wonderful video, now available for all to enjoy.
This is my era I used to love coming here as a kid I remember my mum and dad getting a voucher in the local paper for 2 days entry for the price of 1 I was so chuffed to be going again the next day
@@mikekaraoke allot of things change for the worst. There isn't many changed that seem to be a good thing nowadays. Things used to get looked after more back then. People used to care more and have more respect.
@@underneonloneliness2 I think that was what i always loved going to Pleasurewood Hills, it was always well kept and made it feel quite a fantasy place to visit... akin to Disney. Now it's not so well kept, it's still good, just not at the level which makes the place have an aura like it once did. The biggest shame is there's plenty of people sat on their arses or in jobs that don't suit their skillset who could put some love back in but companies can't afford/won't employ them - yet i bet there's plenty of admin sat at desks.
I would like to ask Rohan Mehra what video camera did his mum + dad have, I mean my video footage of me and other members of the family in the mid 80's didn't have any blotches come up on the screen, had sound and looked fresh and clean My dad had the JVC -GR C1 Video Camera :-)
