Hello ma'am. I am a 12th pass student. I would want to ask you just two questions:) 1. I am going through many of the career options right now and I don't seem to find any ways to get those. Like i wanted to go with virology or become a research scientist but i am unsure of its scope in india or how the process works or will i get a good income on that field or not. Based on that would you suggest ANY science related field or any suggestion on research scientist too so that i can pursue it WITH a good income ?? 2. Second question, I gave a thought to nutrition and dietician course as well. Would you please give me the details of the courses required and the most important part, would i get a good government job in this field? I would be very thankful if you answer these ma'am☺
In order for you to get RD internship you need to have a basic 1-2 months of internship from any hospitals and life membership in Indian dietetics association
@@BhatAndleeb1594 yes that internship will do to be eligible to get in RD internship. And yes after the completion of your RD internship you will have to clear the RD exam and then you will become a Registered Dietician
Hi maam.. Thank you for making a video.. 🤗 I have a question for you, usually RD internship will be there for 6 months . And that 6 months have any validity? Like, can I attend RD examination even few years after completion of RD internship?
As per the information I got through my guide chief dietician the validity of the internship is for 2 years. Actually I’m little confused myself about this too

Email in the respective hospital with the interest of joining their institution/hospitals for Registered dietician internship. With copy of your graduation certificate and internship certificate. 5. Hi dear in order to be eligible for Registered Dietician one must have Master degree in any one of the courses MSc food and nutrition or MSc food technology, MSc home science. I would suggest you to start with Bsc since it will give you the basic concept of the subject. But you can also start from MSc too
You have to look for (IDA) all India dietetic affiliated hospitals and personally email them for applications of RD internship. And rest they will explain based on hospitals protocol

Hi you can also further continue with MSc clinical and nutrition dietetics itself (if you’re interested in nutrition and dietetics) and if you’re more interested in technological field of food science you can also choose food science and technology. There are various good universities but I would suggest you “central universities* or ICAR affiliated like National institute of nutrition Hyderabad, University of agriculture science, Bangalore, Delhi university, Pondicherry university, Punjab agricultural university, tezpur uni There are lots. It depends on different institutions, as per my experience all of them make the schedule based on their hospital / clinic settings, I did not experience same timerable in two different hospitals
You really shouldn't be showing the patient names and their diagnosis. That's ethically wrong and goes against HIPAA. I am not sure if there is an equivalent of that in India, but it really isn' right to display their names and their medical history like that. 9:28

Hi as per my information you will be eligible for the internship and it may also depend upon the hospitals. You need to have a compulsory internship from any hospitals for atleast a monthh or two for the eligibility for the Registered dietician internship

@@aura8395 hi dear in order for you to be eligible for the registered dietician you need to have a background of food science and nutrition. And since you have Bsc. In chemistry you can change your stream to food and nutrition or nutrition and dietetics for your master degree if the institution you’re applying permits. But having the bachelor degree would make your concept more clear and would be good for your foundation regarding the course and do let me know if you need any guidance.

Hi you need to have the background of Msc food science and nutrition or any eligible course and experience of dietician internship and then you will have to have 6 month of RD internship from all India dietetics association and than you have to pass the RD exam and than you will become RD. You need to have any internship experience of atleast 1-2 months in any hospital and then you can go to the IDA website and check the list of hospitals and can personally email them regarding the internship, also you should join the life membership from AIDA for which your guide will help you
Guidance as in research project? If it is than That’s not really the case here. But yes, your dieticians guidances does really matter on how they are guiding you throughout the internship process.
