Hello again Jean 👋🏻 A great video, good to see you exercising , I do 30mins on my treadmill( one of those fold-up ones😂), then 20 mins leg exercises every day, ( I had a slight stroke last year, which has made my legs a bit stiff ) I think it helps 🤷‍♀️, but I know it’s good for me, so I carry on 😀 I haven’t been to Home Bargains for a while, but went to visit relatives last week, and had a look in B & M ( our nearest is 23 miles away😮) I love them both 😀 See you next time x

Hi Jean, nice relaxing video to watch. It’s quite difficult to talk about but shouldn’t be as so many people go through this. I hope it doesn’t upset you or your viewers as we don’t really know each other. Anyhow the past few months have been hospital appointments and scans. I’m going in for surgery on Wednesday as I have bowel cancer. I’ve accepted it, but as you can imagine really anxious. The doctors and nurses have all been absolutely amazing up here. I’m in Scotland, just want to put it out there, can’t praise them enough. NHS brilliant. Hope you don’t mind me putting this on your comments. Look forward to your next video. ❤❤
