hello! ♡ just a week ago I traveled to amorgos, greece for a yoga retreat with a group of 12 amazing people. it was such a transformational week for me & this video is really just a glimpse into what the experience was like! You are the most beautiful, genuine, gentle, kind spirit. You literally inspire me so much, Tess! I have recently become obsessed with yoga, but did too much of it so now I have a trapezius strain lol (reminder to do everything in moderation)! I hope to get back to it soon. But this video just inspired me to enjoy life and to take in the beauty that exists within yoga and the world. Thank you and love you so so so much!

I'm going on a 9 day silent meditation at Insight Meditation Society. We're going to hike, meditate, do yoga, clean, etc. We won't be able to have any eletronics, books, etc, but I'm really excited. It's going to be my first time going.

hii!! thank you 💕 i would lovvvee to but i’m not professionally trained at the moment and i would want to wait until I get my certification before putting any instructional videos on my channel! i do plan to go through teacher training in the future though so once i feel confident in my practice i will definitely share!! 💫

I knew I should have gone but now I know that I will be looking into yoga retreats and other retreats, similar things for the upcoming and plan it around my schedule or take time off just to go. I know that after this semester of school, I would have more time to do retreats that my spirit is begging me to go on.

This retreat looks so cool! I've done a yoga retreat in Ibiza but it was more for beginners. Those poses and asanas look so good, going to look at their retreats now.
