So after a lot of “A day in my life “ requests I have finally managed to do one for you .The only difference is that I have slightly tweaked it to a day in my life at my Ayurveda hospital .A regular day is pretty boring and this one atleast would be informative for those interested in Ayurveda .

Good location for a relax mode... Nice lake views and good ambiance. better Ayurveda treatment. Approximate Rate - 3 Days - 14,500 / 7 days 33,500 etc... Rate will differ as per Room conveniences go up such as AC , Deluxe, Suite etc... ( Here mentioned the lowest Rate )

Treatment and yoga superb. Unbelievable “sheershasan” .Healthy good food rest to ur body peaceful environment. Mangroves ek dum fantastic. Sure a video from the bigger mangroves with all the birds in it will hive an additional beauty to the vlog.

Ranjini... I just want to share with u a piece of information.Pizhichil is one among the major treatments in ayurveda. So u shd b very very careful while hanging out, while exposing to sun, too much wind like that... Ur doctors might have given u the directions and regulations regarding dis...... Being an ayurvedic doctor i thought, must tell u this. God bless. Enjoy the treatment. Stay healthy....
