noice thats epic! tbh i dont really know, the people i know doing design courses enjoy them and the design campus is pretty cool but i really don't know a heap sorry - i don't even know what ux design is :/

I really enjoyed it overall! There were obviously things I didn't like, and of course it won't be as nice as living at home but it's definitely really convenient and a great way to transition into 'adult life'. The food receives a lot of criticism but I was a big fan of it 95% of the time. It won't be clean - that's a big thing I found. The bathrooms, the common rooms, the dining room - its very messy/dirty most of the time, but that's pretty much unavoidable tbh - let me know if you have any other questions :) sry for the ramble...

@@will_mcmorran don’t apologise for the ramble, it’s very insightful. i do have a question, i’m quite introverted when meeting new people so is it difficult to get out there and make friends?

@@mintysemarie3578 :) I too am pretty introverted and I definitely found it hard to talk to people. Its a pretty overwhelming thing I reckon. But what I tried to keep in mind was it doesn't have to all happen right at the start. I feel like there is a big thing, a quite a bit of pressure to meet your future best friends during O-week, which I feel like is pretty unrealisitic. So I would just say don't worry if you don't make friends right away - stuff like this takes time :)

Yay! In terms of covid I feel like I never hear of people getting it anymore. Most people I know (especially uni students) got it late Feb/early March. But in general in NZ we still get like 5k cases each day. Nothing is very strict, generally most places require masks but you don't see people wearing them unless they are told to in most situations.

@@will_mcmorran hmmm I like this vibe. ppl r very well respected in NZ. I'm also filming some mini films for Chinese company at the moment. But I'm just a main role not the director or editor.. that's really alot of works for them. So I probably will be online study for one year before I get to wellington.

That sounds really cool! Tell me more about it :) Yeah NZ has a pretty cool vibe and I think it's quite unique. Online study would probably be all good - I mean we have all had plentty of practice doing a lot of things online over the last few years...
