Hi there!
How are you doing? Anyone else feel this was a crazy hectic week? I am happy its Friday and the weekend is finally starting! I wanted to share another day in the life video with you here in L.A. I feel my days are mostly the same here with waking up early, getting a workout in, getting some work done and evenings often cook and honestly been loving the routine! It makes me feel much more calm and organized in my head when I do this!
Last week we went out for a movie premiere of one of our friends Matt Komo. It was a very special night in L.A. and wonderful to spend with some of our friends. It was fun to see everyone dressed up again.
I also wanted to ask you for some advice. It's almost November which means Wellness month is arriving very soon. I have some special collaborations which will be exciting to share ! For the food videos, would you rather see a meal prep video or healthy thanksgiving/holiday recipes?
