Hi love, if you feel sleepy after eating breakfast it usually means that what you are eating is spiking your blood sugar/ glucose levels … looking at what you ate it was probably the bread. Try eating for your blood type. I had the same sleepiness problem until I changed what I ate .😊😊
i don't know, but this is my problem too after breakfast i am so sleepy! I saw on a program a doctor said the cause is coffee !! she said the coffee takes your real life energy ! some scientist recommend to drink a cup of tea just before sleeping at night that makes your tomorrow morning with energy of teainne in the body ! i done it some nights and it works in the next morning !

My dear, more than 10k steps can be achieved indoors alone, I do 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours of walking cardio, I sometimes get more burn out it than going for a walk, It just takes practice
Ifunaya, I also prefer working out at home, and my goal was to loss weight and now when I tell people I achieved that from home workout they don’t believe me, there are so many workouts online people can follow, even just by walking an 1 -2 hours in your living room can burn so much calories
