Great vid. Quick one.. Is there any reason when dieting for a while that your weight just does not move (even when being consistent) and then all of a sudden can just drop again… all when doing the same things. I went from 190lbs > 173lbs from February 1st, but haven’t dropped much in the last few weeks. Then all of a sudden, a 1-2 lb weight drop. I understand there’s plenty of factors.. just never understood the science behind the weight holding, then just suddenly dropping Is it mainly to do with your body adjusting to new body weight? Would love an in depth video on this.
@@TMCycles so if you stick at what has already worked, it usually just drops eventually? (I’ve noticed this from my personal experience) Obviously this may require a cut back on calories as time goes on and body weight reduces

Tom can I have some advise on the best cardio to loose weight ? I had a child a couple of years ago who was born with a rare condition so was in Great Ormond Street for over a year undergoing treatment. As you can expect this was a hard time for me and as a result I put on around 20kg. I’m now 94kg and want to get down to 70ish. Any advise would be much appreciated, I’m in a calorie deficit and tracking my calories on my fitness pal, doing mainly compound exercises with steady state cardio atm but just want your professional advise on losing weight and building my endurance
I'm ever so sorry to hear that Richard, hope you and the family are doing well - with a big weight drop like that I'd look at breaking it down into phases, firstly look into just simply cleaning up your diet, start tracking foods/macros/cals along with your daily scale weight readings to give you an idea of where the body is at, if you're eating say 2,800 cals and weight is staying at 94kg then you've pretty much found your maintenance From here, you can either a. add in cardio to increase the deficit or b. leverage with food deductions, try to stay in this block for 12 weeks, look to de-load, then into another 12 week block After 24 weeks of dieting, you're more than likely in need of a diet break, which is simply taking calories back up to maintenance for a week before dipping back into the deficit to get the last amount of fat off, any more questions, drop me a message
Tom mate, why are u bothered about clothes selections on a trip to the med, you should be shirtless, ALWAYS, AT ALL TIMES!! Also super cor is nothing like m&s or waitrose, its shit just more expensive and u can buy birthday cards in it... infact spanish supermarkets in general are pony compared to the UK for wide selections
