A Day in the Life: Making Strawberry Jam 

With an abundance of strawberries harvested from the garden, the girls and I decided to make strawberry jam! This was a bit of trial and error, but the purpose was building connection with the girls... the jam was just icing on the cake. (or jam on the sourdough!)
None of my kids like chunks in their jellies/jams. Who am I kidding? Neither do I! So after trying to make jelly and finding we did not have enough juice to make jelly, we pivoted midway to strain the berries and make chunk-free jam instead.
I do not pretend to be an expert on this, but I hope you enjoy watching as you join us in a day-in-the-life.
