Hey guys, I'm Fletcher Nelson! I'm a 3rd grade teacher in Minnesota. Be sure to subscribe to my channel for future videos! Day in the life video inspired by @mr.kylecohen #teachervlog #pandemicteaching
As a personal person, I appreciate the need for personal boundaries at the end of the workday. Plus, not having to remain plugged into the nonsense is a major bonus for sweet thugs that drink mcdonald's iced coffee, much like me. Don't worry, this is a total complement to the honorable and diplomatic life of an upright white male specimen who needs to find likeminded sweethearts to fill the soul with during off time, if at all.
how long did it take you to get used to doing all this? I am prepping for my Student teaching at all seems kind of overwhelming. Excited but also kind of scared. haha
I’m thinking of getting into teaching they get off early at 3:30 and lots of breaks thru out the year it’s rewarding with the kids and you can personalize your room and make it yours vs like radiology I can’t personalize anything and I’m a boss kinda like I’m in charge of 20 kids and I like to be in charge
I enjoy! However, there is a lot of work and time that goes into teaching that is unpaid. It's not common to be able to leave right away after school each day because of lesson planning, grading, and other paperwork that needs to get done. Definitely try to shadow and help out in some classrooms if you can!
