I just got hired as a driver. I’m super excited because this has been a “dream job” for me for the past few years. The insurances kept denying my license for some reason idk why. No one ever told me why but they finally approved me! I’m so happy
this is exactly how i would picture myself as a new worker there. That door sliding open after you would me exactly what would happen to me and my reaction 🤣🤣🤣 All these Amazon delivery drivers seem like experts on their videos this was more of my lane though lol
It's horrible place to work, people get write up to go the bathrooms and say that's long break. If you go injured and you keep using you time, you'll get write ups. If you have health problems they will do anything they can to fired you. It happens to alot of people, I found a new job and I was going to put my 2 week noticed but instead they fired me. If you have low UPT or negatives they will fire you. I work at the warehouse and I almost work there for 2 years
This upt don't have anything to do with delivery just warehouse associates. Delivering is way better. I have done both. You get about 2 hours overtime everyday and work 4 days a week compared to 5. If ur low on upt then don't use it or talk to your hr but get out of the warehouse it is monotonous work in my opinion. Hope this helps.
Amazon order-anyone reading this ever have an Amazon order NOT arrive but online it says it was delivered? I ordered a bird cage on 6/14 and at that time it said the cage would arrive 6/19. This morning -6/16 -Amazon says it was delivered yesterday- 6/15. It wasn't. I googled and found this: "Packages may be mistakenly scanned as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival".
Thanks bro, thinking about doing this type of job for a while but they told me about the 160 packages and it scared me like is it still a nice job then.. seeing you go about your day although it is edited it does look like a cool job compared to sitting in the office everyday... If you don't mind the pay cut😅 wish you all the best and wish me luck
You’re lucky!! I’m getting 300+ packages, 190+ stops, 40 multi stops and it’s not even prime time yet. But honestly the jobs not difficult, just physically demanding sometimes
@@kivngken haha cool did not see the other comments till now. I must say I really like doing this job. I had about 120 stops the first 3 days in training being in the passenger seat, and just finished my first 2 days driving alone doing about 50 to 60 stops.. I can imagine the full workload always pushing it. As long as it fits in a days work and i don't have to break the laws of the road and or physics.. it seems like a really cool job to me and im good bro👌🏽 will keep you updated😅😁
😂😂 I do both I was actually planning on doing a video on that as well the days are 3 days off 4 days work so 1 or 2 of the 3 days I do Walmart spark for some extra money
One of the tips I got for apartments if you have a lot of different packages for different apartment numbers but in the same like complex scan everything and put it into a tote and bring the whole tote with you so you don’t keep going to the van just pay attention to which packages goes where
Yes you still are able to take the pictures when you choose which package goes where because you will still be delivering packages one at a time you just have them all together in a bag so you don’t have to go back to the van
