Jacqueline McCallum has over 20 years experience in commercial pharmaceutical operations. Starting out in Sales in 2001 with Pharmacia, she has enjoyed a broad career across a number of different specialities - including Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Project Management, Marketing Excellence, Strategy & Operations and Compliance. She joined MSD in 2017 and was appointed EUCAN Business Practices Lead in late 2021, looking after all markets in Europe & Canada and working with senior leadership to improve business process and minimise risk across the region. In her spare time, she enjoys running slowly, open water swimming & cocktail making. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband, daughters, and lovable but very grumpy rescue cat.
