Magda is an Improvement Leader for an International Business process outsourcing company, with 4 years continuous improvement experience.
Magda obtained her BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from The Nottingham Trent University and went on to completer a MSc in Business Analysis & Management at Loughborough University, School of Business & Economics.
Magdalene proceeded to help in delivering capital improvements projects in a timely and cost effective manner. Following numerous experience of working in different projects, Magda has built effective stakeholder management and coached and developed operational team members to run their operations as systems of continuous improvement.
Currently holds a Green belt in Lean Six Sigma qualification.
