Any baxi when you run DHW should sit between 60/70 if it’s going over that it’ll be a blocked plate, always check the diverter valve as well cause they can get blocked with the debris as well. If it’s over 70 you’ll get a call back fairly soon

I always have a bearing plate handy when I’m replacing a Worcester fan.

Had it plenty of times not bubbling and found it was sand and grit from mains having same effect. Advised in-line filter for mains
