On that incline bench press machine you keep good tension at the peak of the movement however try slow down on the way back and keep all that tension. youll feel it 40 times harder but will need to drop the weight. but that pump will be juicyyyyyyyyyyyy

It’s a fancy way of saying you combine strength training with endurance training. So that can be running, swimming, cycling alongside weights 👌🏼
