Hi Ste. Could you plz do a video on more of the financial journey of flipping ie. do a breakdown of exact costs? solicitors eg how to find a good one, how much they usually charge when you buy a property, then how much they charge when u sell a property, how much capital gains tax is and stamp duty? Your videos are great but I feel you miss talking about really important aspects of the whole journey like this. Any tips on how u find a good solicitor and what u usually pay/what a good price to pay for a solicitor would be beneficial 😊
