Hi Ste, Quick question.... You mention after leaving the second house that you can complete in two weeks? How are you doing that? I going to instruct a solicitor tomorrow for my first refurb on my own (cash purchase). Different solicitors keep saying 6-12 weeks for the conveyancing

great videos ste -you mentioned deal sorce and flip at the start of your property journey -is the end goal to hold on carry on flipping what do you think makes more of a succesfull person after 10-15 years ? flip or hold

Thanks for the message. The end goal is down to you and what position you want to be in. Do you want to own houses and have passive income? Or do you want to be build cash and flip, not having the responsibility of managing a portfolio?
