I noticed something 🤔 as incredible this video is I don’t see the subscribers supporting his channel. Let’s go brothers and sisters let’s support brother like him rather than your favorite food channels.
You are living out Jesus' plan for your life in such a heartwarming way. God bless you sooo much. I subscribed and will pray for your continued success spreading the gospel.
Being a missionary is a great responsibility! A missionary must have great energy, fortitude, and courage. Wherever the missionary goes, no matter what part of the world he is in, he must spread the Word. Locals must understand what the missionary is telling them. The missionary must get the Word right! Therefore, every missionary must know the language of the local people! To everyone who is on a mission or preparing for one, I would like to recommend a very good workshop written by Yury Ivantsiv Polyglot Notes: Practical tips for learning foreign language. This wonderful book will give you answers how to properly learn a foreign language with a minimum of your time and effort. This book provides answers to many of the questions that everyone faces when learning a language. I wish you good luck in your important work!
The biggest challenge seems to part ways with 'ancestral worship-African spiritualism'. You find many 'confessing Christians' who simultaneously hold onto ancestral worship...it needs to be made clear But as the Holy Spirit leads
A friend is headed to Africa this summer for the church attend as a missionary so I was interested find out what she would be doing as a missionary. I may want to do this in the future.
"When the missionaries arrived, the Africans had the land and the missionaries had the Bible. They taught us how to pray with our eyes closed. When we opened them, they had the land and we had the Bible" - Jomo Kenyatta
80% of all people at least 90% of africans are only alive because of British white mens technology, law and order, agriculture and science. Some africans are advancing, the blame the white man because ypu feel inferior is the new opium of the people
Great video truly doing the lord work. I'm thinking about getting into something similar jus waiting on the ok from GOD until then I live threw RU-vid lol
May I encourage you by saying, God is always ok with having you bring the Gospel to those who haven't heard it. Go for it! Happy Resurrection day, brother!
@@jaredarcher4388 Thanks for the encouragement and yes what a great day today is. I've been speaking to those around me in these times. We are definitely near the end and may be raptured at any moment. With all our freedoms removed seems that maybe my best evangelism will come during the 1000 yr reign. Have a great day Jared and if there is a way to donate to the the work you guys do out there please share. Jesus be with you brother and stay safe.
@@jesusislord2503 Praise the Lord! Currently I am a Bible Student at Moody Bible Institute planning to go full time on the mission field when I graduate in a year, so I won't be fund-raising until I graduate, but until then you can subscribe to my channel to support me where I post videos every week about missions similar to this one! Stay in contact brother and may the Lord bless you!
Great book coming out about Kenya missionary who contracted AIDS but survived to serve for 30 years and opened two orphanages. The title will be Love, Kenya, but I am not sure who will be publishing it.
Attending church often as possible is great for many to fellowship with fellow believers. I’m just sharing my experience with gossip and judging that goes on in some churches
Any water with sewage is classified as black water. It is what I do for a living. Just found your channel and you guys are awesome... You are blessed and highly favored of The Lord...
I’d love to hear what inside you called you to sacrifice your comfy USA living to go to africa ... I’m serious that’s so inspiring so unselfish of your family especially with a 2 yr old baby .. you all are awesome
How do you get to prepare to be a missionary in what language is the best friend in Spanish? I know you know the gospel I do now what else you need to know think about being a missionary
Great question! Honestly, God can use anyone no matter your abilities, so the most important thing is that you are unreservedly committed to following Him wherever He would take you and letting him use you fully. Beyond that, developing a intimate, daily walk with the Lord is more important than all the physical, practical things! despite all this, some practical things you can do to prepare is to learn the language of the nation you're going to (if you know) or if you don't know what nation you will be going to, learn linguistics as much as you can! it will help in the language learning process. Finally, study the Bible! as a Missionary, people will think you have all the answers. Not that you have to have all the answers, but it is important to be knowledgeable to a certain extent! hope this helped, brother!
This is a sweet and touching video. We need more people to do good in the world irrespective of what it may be. BTW, it's interpreters not translators. An interpreter interprets verbally either consecutively or simultaneously whereas a translator translates any form of written communication including the Bible.
John tea Chhakchuak, I would love to share more with you on how you can get involved, Email Me at Justin@impactafrica.org and we can connect. Blessings
@@thefiechtertribe9658 I am planning to go to Africa and stay with an orphanage. I don't want to teach about Jesus as much as learn from Africans. If I'm in a beautiful situation enough to tell about Jesus I will. Can you please tell me more about your organization and your experiences?
I’m at point. Of thinking this gospel it’s either we keep god pocket like a genie pull him out in Sunday’s only or. We are supposed give up American dream and sacrifice yr full life and savings for Jesus cause with missionaries etc. either Jesus most important thing or he is oh a genie in a bottle ... but doubt there is a in between way to serve god.
I just watched 1 hr doc American gospel. Talking about horrible word of faith / prosperity gospel And this yr doing is not that at all .. thanks for spreading true raw uncut gospel ... I grew up Pentecostal was a lot brown beatings at some point you leave church cuz makes ya feel every sin we slip up on we back slid and lost our salvation completely.. I despise at times what man tweaks the gospel. Into. .... and members judging if ya miss 2 services oh he backsliding ... I tell my wife pray am and pm at least do our own bible study at home where not scared to ask question vs group 20 long time Christians .. people at times get religious around others but when alone in car praying nearly yelling out loud we get spiritual. Vs checking off attendance box did we make every Sunday service. ... we do attend church at times but out church I get more benefits in my walk with god. ... sorry rambling just sharing thoughts much love to all from central ca
I agree. I think that Africa has a lot to teach other countries about the love of Jesus. I want to go there and love Africans with an agape love and be learning from them. That's my definition of missionary work
Missionaries don’t always just share the gospel. That is a huge part of it but they also bring support to communities that need help. Some missionaries are teachers. Some are construction workers. Some simply help people who are going through hard times. There is a lot that goes into missionary work.
Great question. Many missionaries target Africa. Some reasons are best known to them, but I also understand that missions are given by the Lord Jesus. Some of the missionaries I've been able to study, have been given a commission to come to Africa. The one who commissions you, gives you a territory to which you are going to be effective. There is so much of Christianity in Africa, but still there are so many who have not been reached by the gospel. And also, its not obvious that one person can reach everyone, but will reach those which the Lord has apportioned to them. It is not about poverty though, if it be that would be an error, but about the Great Commission to disciple the nations.
