about the matcha, i used to be a barista and what i would do is put the matcha powder in a little bowl using a stainer so that they don't clump together and then mix in hot water to give it a syrupy texture (if you prefer it a little sweet, you can add a little bit of sugar or vanilla syrup). then after that, get a cup of milk (doesn't matter if it's hot or cold) and then pour the syrupy matcha into the cup of milk and stir.

What I do with my match is, put the matcha powder and my brown sugar in a tea cup and put 1/4 of a cup of boiling water so it dissolves AND THEN I put my cold milk in and some ice cubes. For the chunks you should try one of those manual frother wands.

About the matcha I would froth it little warm water than you can warm the milk if you want hot matcha or you can add the cold milk with ice but froth your matcha

Hey! New to your channel! I wanted to ask are you salary based or hourly? Its so nice to have your employer let you work from home half day an remotely. I need to find a firm that would allow me to do that. I feel most of the work can be done remotely.
