Thanks for this insightful video. MSII here and I have been considering IR...but seeing this case I am not sure I would have caught that. I am skeptical about IR because I think I'll constantly have anxiety about having missed a subtle but important diagnosis. Do you guys think this radiology in general shares this concern or are more radiologists sufficiently confident when they read scans?

Its very normal to be anxious to miss subtle findings. No doubt every radiologist have missed some findings, and everyone is afraid of missing something, thats just the nature of radiology. However, through training and experience, the chances of overlooking pathology decreases. But yes, most radiologist, especially early in their careers have a fear of overlooking pathology.
