@@samiwasti8400 I hope you are doing well! Thank you for your amazing words; I appreciate it. I wish you the best of luck with your career and whatever you want to achieve :)
@@rareliquidcareers I never thought you would reply to my comment; thank you for all the advice from your channel! If you are still reading, do you have any advice on what I should do during my high school to higher my chances of getting into a reputable business school? Thanks!
I'll be doing my bachelor exchange at Korea University next year, so it's really nice to get to see the city and the campus I'll be in :D Thanks and keep up the good work !
Hello, I’m a Korean subscriber currently attending Korea University! Your modeling lecture videos have been extremely helpful in my interview preparations. Thanks for your fruitful lectures 👍 It’s good to see you having a wonderful time in Korea, and hope you have more memorable days during your stay :)
Ah Ben, my pet peeve as a teacher is students being late to class. If you were late to mine, I wouldn't let you in! You'd be walking back up those hills pretty fast haha. I paused the video on the Korean, and wow, that's some pretty high level, business-specific vocabulary. The brain can really only absorb up to 8 words a day, so having that many is a lot to learn. I did notice your favourite word "influencer", though 😅. And no Train to Busan reference?!! It was right there! Also, I lost it when you I saw you back dyeing clothes again. What are the odds of that happening bwahah. I bet everyone was like, Wow, Ben, you're a natural! You'll never escape it 😂
On a more serious note, I really enjoyed it on a business level. I'm really interested in seeing what you take from the business trips and coming face to face with successful people. Interesting to see the different elements of stress one goes through. Very cool to hear about and see it through your lens, too. I'd love to hear more in depth about these. Keep these up. Love them!
Hi ben Im your korean subscriber studying econ at yonsei univesity. It would be much better if you spent your time at our school lol anyway I hope your time in korea was enjoyable. By the way the wall painted town in Busan is called 흰여울문화마을

Hope you enjoyed your time here!!! I got gmat 740 But will my school be a big disadvantage when applying for US MBA and for more will it be a disadvantage when I try to get in to BB IB in NYC??? If it has a big flaw to my carrier Im thinking of transferring to US University. How is korea university reputation in U.S? It would be a great help if you leave a comment Thank you and wish you the best!!!
Should you not move your abode? Welcome to Korea. Hope you have fun with your classmates. I like the convenience of life here and food. Hope you enjoy it too.
Hi Ben. I was wondering if i could ask you some questions about the career path in finance industry. I'm currently a student at HKU and I got a job offer from Goldman Sachs Hong Kong. I'm thinking about working at GS for about 2 years and then head my way to Private equity. Is it possible for me to get into the top 3 PE firms in US with my experience as a 2 years of analyst in HK? Or should I need to have some PE experience in HK first. I'm also thinking about the MBA if that's necessary. BTW my home is just 20min away from KOREA UNI.
yup in my broader class i do! my lauder class is comprised of individuals from 24 different countries so it's pretty diverse. for the overall class if you look up wharton mba class profile there is a breakdown of ethnicities
